Darrel was fantastic to work with. We needed to rebuild our garage steps to accommodate my two elderly parents and sister by reducing the step height and to provide more support given their limited mobility and balance issues. The space itself was very tight as we wanted to still park vehicles in the garage. Darrel took the time with me to identify the potential issues and come up with solutions. He provided a detailed quote that was reasonably priced as well as pictures and diagrams with measurements. This was particularly useful especially for my elderly parents which helped them make their decision. We are beyond happy with the results. The finished product meets every expectation for our use case. Even the side door opens fully.
