This was a bit of a complex job as Nelio had to price it before he could see under the floor as to what-all needed to be done with a sagging foundation. Once the demo started, Nelio put together a plan that was smart and economical. He, Keith and their apprentice were there every day and the job was done when he said it would be done. I'm left with exactly what I wanted, a very strong, sturdy foundation and a whole new room. It looks amazing. Nelio and Keith were very professional and gave me more than I asked for. Any job I have in the future is going to this company. They are honest, do very professional work and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They cleaned up very well after the job was done. Great experience using Zaki and his team. As with any project unplanned things came up but Zaki was patient and answered all questions. Infact also had flooring done as well. Overall very happy with the work and would recommend him for other jobs.
