Did a relatively good job. I appreciated that they notified me of plaster issues on new drywall but, they were inflexible on waiting for fixes to be done and just painted second coat. We negotiated paying more to paint over fixed drywall work again but, they simply left the job without notice. Said they weren't interested. I believe that this speaks to their integrity and professionalism.

After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen. Super professional, polite, and friendly throughout. He came by to do the estimate, gave a firm price, and stuck to it. On the job day, he and his partner showed up on time and got straight to work. They were fast but paid attention to every detail – consulting with me along the way. My cousin, an independent contractor, did a quality check and was very impressed with both the work and the team. Handy Mike came over and reviewed the work to be done, then went to get a few supplies. Prepared the area for repair and then came back the next day to finish the job once prep had dried. Area was left very clean when job was completed. We were very happy with the work done and will not hesitate to hire Handy Mike again in the future!
