Yvon undertook a complete rebuild of our basement after flooding, followed by interior waterproofing. This extensive project included new framing, drywall, flooring, and the construction of a brand-new bathroom, along with painting and other finishing touches. After meeting with several contractors, we ultimately chose Yvon for his professionalism, ease of collaboration, and reasonable pricing. As with any project, unforeseen issues arose, but Yvon consistently provided helpful solutions at a fair cost. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the dedication of Yvon and his team. Highly recommended. We had a pair of leaky skylights on a covered deck. Sazan described two options clearly, we chose the way forward and he arrived punctually when agreed. The job turned out to be much more involved than expected due to pre-existing damage and inadequate materials on the existing roof, and he kindly took on the additional work to make the deck usable during rain. Al and his team did an amazing job turning our vision for a full, modern bathroom renovation into reality. He was polite and professional, was flexible with scheduling when we ended up having a long wait for shipping of our tiles, installed all the materials and fixtures that we picked and quickly corrected a small misunderstanding along the way, and creatively handled all the little unexpected surprises and quirks that you would expect in an old building. We recently hired Haus Construction Group to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in our condo unit, and we are extremely pleased with the results. From the initial design phase to the final installation, their attention to detail was evident. The new layout and the quality of the materials used exceeded our expectations. The bathroom renovation was also a great success. The team demonstrated attention to space utilization and the overall aesthetic of the bathroom were impressive. Throughout the project, Mark and his team maintained communication. They were always responsive to our questions and concerns, which made the entire process stress-free. Mark was particularly aware of the condo building regulations, which ensured a seamless renovation process without any issues with the building management. The team's professionalism and respect for our property were noteworthy. They completed the project within the agreed-upon timeline and budget, and any minor issues that arose were promptly addressed. We were looking for a provider to make and install oak treads on our stairs. Jose from VDR worked with us to fully understand our needs. During our visit I mentioned that we were replacing about 900 sq ft of carpeted floors on our second level with hardwood and he mentioned that VDR also did hardwood floor installation. We hired VDR for both jobs. Their pricing was fair and competitive and and we were provided with a detailed statement work. Hardwood installation was completed in 2 days and completed about a week after agreeing to work with VDR. The stairs included new oak treads and risers. In total, the work took 4 days - the first day to remove the carpet, tackboard and staples and to measure the existing treads (the treads are not all the same size and some are angled) and then 3 days to install the new treads once they'd been manufactured and stained. We are very happy with the end result.

We recently used Master Homes Contracting to renovate two bathrooms. Anton came to the house to discuss the project and offer some advice as to the design aspect of what we were doing. We found him very knowledgeable, he made recommendations as to the layout and gave us a clear idea of what the project would look like when completed. We received a detailed quotation within a few days, numerous options with pricing. With some conversation we were comfortable with the quotation and agreed to move ahead. We were then introduced to Ashley who would be our design contact throughout the project. We had done the usual visits to the home stores and to be honest were a little overwhelmed, we really needed some direction and advice. Ashley made it so easy, she supplied numerous choices, with pricing, for each of the components from tile to taps, and really helped us with every selection, for us, that expertise saved weeks of wandering the aisles trying to figure out what we wanted. Once decided, Ashley ordered everything for us and had it delivered to our house. The crew showed up to start the demo on the agreed date, immediately covered my hardwood hall and stairs to avoid any damage as they removed the debris, they were careful to try to limit the dust as much as possible but by nature its a dusty job. Execution was flawless, we did have to make some decisions as to the waterproofing behind the new shower, Anton gave us three options with and actually recommended the LEAST expensive one for what we needed. We had a vacation planned that happened to fall in the middle of the project. We were so comfortable with Anton and his crew, we gave him a key, they continued working while we were away. The project was completed just as we got back, we were so pleased with the results. Both bathrooms look amazing, certainly exceeding our expectations, they even added undercabinet LED accent lighting, not included in the original quote but they thought we would like it. They were right, it added a whole spa like look to the bathroom. The project was completed a few weeks ago but I held off on my review as I knew there would be some minor call backs, there always are with any reno. The true test of a contractor is how well they handle the call backs. A flickering pot light, a sticky drawer on the vanity, they were there next day, resolved without question, we were very impressed. We did add some extras to the project as it progressed but overall they were on budget per their original quote. As a contractor Master Homes ticked all the boxes. On time, on quote, knew what they were doing, all the assistance we needed, daily updates on the project, immediate attention to the callbacks, and probably the most important factor, Trust. We will use them again for our next project without any hesitation, there are so many horror stories out there it was a pleasure and a relief to find a good honest contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the results. Flip Contractors, Michael and his crew were very professional. They were also personable, pleasant, timely and so very helpful. They obviously take great pride in their work. You can tell by the finished product. They were very respectful of our budget and you will find Michael very helpful with ideas and suggestions. They built a deck for us this past summer and did such an excellent job we didnt hesitate in having them back to finish our basement.
