After speaking with the two gentlemen who completed the job and reviewing the detailed breakdown of the invoice, I decided to revise my original review. The invoice turned out to be reasonable, considering the scope of work involved—not only the removal of the shower but also additional plumbing tasks and water pressure monitoring. It's also worth noting that the work was carried out after regular hours, which understandably incurred an additional fee. While I would have appreciated receiving a quotation before the work began, I am overall very satisfied with the quality of service provided. We hired Noel to remove old damaged floors, install new flooring, and update two sets of stairs, and he did an amazing job! The quality of the work is top-notch, and the transformation exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the project. I appreciated his attention to detail and going above and beyond. I’d definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled craftsmanship.
