They did great work... hard workers, on time, courteous, clean,careful, they even worked on sunday. The 2 salesgirls, vicky and joanna are great. They are very polite and great to work with. They were eager to accomodate my needs. The work was done quickly.. and before the men left each night, they moved all the equipment to one side of the driveway so that we could put our car into the garage. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work requested and completed by Kitchen And Bath Guys. After submitting our request for quotes on our planned project, of the contractors that responded, Kitchen And Bath Guys had the highest satisfaction rate documented. We reached out to Kitchen And Bath Guys and were immediately contacted by the Operations Manager Vince Spitale. After briefly discussing our project ,Vince came to our home to inspect and get a first hand look at the area that we were considering altering. Within a few days Vince supplied us with a very detailed quote that documented all aspects of the project including a very detailed cost analysis. This detailed direct communication and solid previous customer satisfaction results made our decision very easy to award the contract to the Kitchen and Bath Guys company. We could not be more pleased with our project results with Fedeck Construction! I knew when I interviewed Hujat, that he could grasp my vision and run with it. He has excellent communication skills, an artistic eye, listens well and asks questions when he needs to. He was careful to clarify that we had the same idea in mind, and he was very particular about choosing materials which he used with care and skill to build my outside oasis. His team was here every morning by 8:00 am, and Mohamed and Chris also demonstrated the same excellent work ethic, skill and attention to detail. The team was friendly and responsible, completing the project in a timely manner, (in spite of an unbearable heat wave) and carefully removing all trash and yard waste. Fedeck Construction did more than fence my yard; they created an outside oasis that addressed the needs of myself, my children, my Mother and our dog. This was a bit of a complex job as Nelio had to price it before he could see under the floor as to what-all needed to be done with a sagging foundation. Once the demo started, Nelio put together a plan that was smart and economical. He, Keith and their apprentice were there every day and the job was done when he said it would be done. I'm left with exactly what I wanted, a very strong, sturdy foundation and a whole new room. It looks amazing. Nelio and Keith were very professional and gave me more than I asked for. Any job I have in the future is going to this company. They are honest, do very professional work and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They cleaned up very well after the job was done.
