We were extremely pleased with the work done by AMV contractors. They fixed an exterior wall that was crumbling away, they got an electrician in the pot in pot lights and add a fan upstairs. Then they painted our hallways, taking care to use a primer to seal the 25 year old oil/latex issues we were having and give us a nice bright hallway again. We will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend their work.

Reno Rabbit exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail and clear, proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process remarkably seamless. Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look. Its a detail I didnt know existed, but Im so glad they thought of it. Reno Rabbit doesnt just complete renovations; they engineer solutions. They are honest, professional, expedient! Their price is one of the best. They did an excellent job on both the masonry repairs and installation of stone staircases. My exterior front staircase is a circular one which demands artistic and precise execution! Their colour recommendation was also perfect for the house. I’m considering hiring them for more stone work. Below are the before and after photos.

Forever Masonry may be one of Ottawa's best kept secrets. We've now completed three contracts with Forever Masonry (parging, foundation repointing, and back foundation cement work). This review reflects the three contracts. Consider yourself (and your home) extremely fortunate if you manage to hire Anton and his team for any masonry work - peace of mind is an understatement. Our home is an over century year old home - all original everything, brick and stone foundation (i.e., care required and most importantly expertise in fine restoration and its "era" needed - Anton with one look, can figure out the year of the brick and stone and match it) - besides being a delight to have onsite - the team is respectful of the property (e.g., existing landscaping), the neighbours (they all got to know the team), community (especially any dogs), and the client. Anton keeps the client in the loop and even provides easy to understand explanations for any client keen on learning more about masonry (you will also find him supporting and teaching/advancing each member of his team). The quality of their workmanship is in a class unto itself - they know what they're doing - we've worked with a previous masonry company (over a decade ago) and the difference is night/day from that experience. Forever Masonry completed the work on time, on budget and they even provided advice on how best to maintain surfaces and mitigate future issues/damages (e.g., eavestroughing) caused by water. We hired Profix to install a new door on our basement. There wasn't an existing door, and our house is more than 100 years old, so it required expertise, attention to detail, and patience to install correctly. Will did a great job with the installation, making adjustments as needed to accommodate the crooked door frame due to the age and settling of the house. Pricing was very fair and Will was very pleasant to work with. Consistent communication and punctual. I would not hesitate to hire Profix again or recommend their services to my network.

Mr. Anouar, was very communicative about what needed to be done and that he would need to get materials, making sure we knew what was happening at all times. The project looked to be a couple of days long, but turned into a bit bigger project and he had no problems solving any problem that showed up and adapted quickly and in a timely manner. The price he quoted was the price we paid and it was very reasonable for the work provided. For the most part, he is professional and courteous and very tidy, making sure none of the materials left the bathroom without being bagged. We would definitely re-hire him for any other projects we needed.

Carman was easy to work with. He renovated two bathrooms in my house (new shower, added a wall, toilet, vanity), painted several rooms, and painted a difficult tin ceiling. I was remote from the site, and he gave me email updates and photos. He was detail-oriented, coordinating with other contractors, and suggested what he thought would add the most value to my house for sale. I appreciate his help and his work! We hired CMM to supply and install newel posts, spindles and railings only. My wife and I sanded, stained/painted the railings, risers, stringers and steps ourselves. The job was completed in one day, we are overall happy with the workmanship and would recommend this contractor.
