I was extremely lucky to find North Shore Stone Works. Our granite kitchen countertop had dropped and the seams had separated. This was a job only someone with a wealth of experience and vision could correct. Enter Artur, the owner of NS Stone Works. Although he promised me no guarantees because with renos there are no guarantees, he and his partner Rob delivered exceptional results. The 7 ft slab was taken out and cleaned up, while additional support was added to level the countertop. Rob magically attached the adjoining pieces with perfect seams to finish the masterpiece. Both Artur and Rob are true artists of their craft and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Andrew and team came, they saw, and they conquered! (In the most friendly way too 🤩) They swiftly completed my oddball of a closet reno request to open it up and make more space plus a ceiling light upgrade from panel lighting to a clean recessed puck light look in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier. If I have more upgrades to do I'll definitely look to these guys again.

Enoch did such an awesome job on our bathroom Reno- with really detailed tiling of the shower and floors, as well as installing a new bathtub, vanity and lights. Adam painted my bedroom and bathroom, re-caulked my bathroom and did some general handyman work around my condo (including building my bed and dressers!). He was efficient and did an excellent job- I really appreciated his attention to detail and his desire to ensure the work was done exactly as I wanted it! I have referred him to friends and family, who have all been very happy with his work!

Our initial interaction with RINO was very positive,and the job officially startd on March 10 with a comitment to complete in 4 weeks,as outlined in the contract. Payments were released promptly per agreed payment terms.However,it has now been 15 weeks,and the job remains unfinished despite numerous follow-ups and a lack of communication from RINO.Open stairs left without railings for weeks and exposed nails on the steps are saftey concerns—this is particularly alarming given that a 3yr-old child resides in the house. These hazards demonstrate a lack of consideration for the safety and well-being of our family.Most work was handled by subcontractors, who performed well, they too expresed frustration with RINO for reasons tht were evident. To expedite,I personaly painted myself, saving him a week of work.At this point,we r requesting Homestars to intervne and help us get the remaining work complted as soon as possible. We hired Grout Restoration Works to repair our shower floor which had pieces of grout falling out of it. We were very pleased with the quality of work they did as well as their professionalism (arrived on time, cleaned up after they finished, made sure I understand the work being done, ...) and would recommend them. They came out to give us a quote the same day we contacted them. The written quote gave a detailed description of everything that would be done. While completing the work, they made a discovery that changed the scope of the project (requiring more work). They fully explained the change they would need to make and kept the price unchanged. Very easy to work with. Gary came to our home twice with samples. I had originally chosen vinyl plank, unfortunately floor leveling took that out of my price range. Gary graciously returned with carpet samples. New flooring was chosen and ordered. I also requested carpet removal less than 48 hours before the carpet was to be laid, and was accommodated, and not made to feel like this was a problem.
