Dave and his team did an awesome job at our house. They had to chip loose parging , re parge, route and mortar joints around cracked brick as well as scab joints on the window sill. They also did a great job with the cleanup. I highly recommend On Point Masonry Repair.

Dmytro and his team worked on a demo and repour of the concrete slab of our basement. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and despite some unexpected, prolonged issues with our permit, they returned the day after issues were resolved to continue work. They were attentive to our needs and the work was generally to our satisfaction, especially for the very competitive cost of work. Dmytro was ever present during the work. My only complaint would be that communication could have been better at times, as there were days where no one could understand English and we were more or less in the dark about the work that was being done. In a similar vein, a window was removed for the duration of the work, but we were not aware that it wasn't going to be put back until the last day - which a little more communication would have solved.

We started with a deck repair problem of rotten stringers. Park City Construction quoted a comparable good price. Peter, the owner and also a gentleman, explained what need to be done on the repair. We also found out that Park City also do landscaping and we hired him to pave walkways in the front and back yards. In addition, we also got Park City to do weeding in the garden for us. They also did a minor repair on our paved driveway too. All the work were done in a few days when we were away. We like the walkways in the yards very much. The repair of the deck was good. The weeding job is fine considering the existing conditions of flowers and weeds mix. We have no problem to refer Peter and City Park to our friends to resolve their problems.

We hired Stay Dry to address a leak in our basement. Stefano came by and assessed the job, and we were impressed by how he described the process. Domenic and Stefano were responsive and pleasant to deal with. The project started on time, and went on just slightly longer than planned, but that was mainly due to the difficulty of getting to the affected part of the property. The crew were polite, and worked hard, especially Lee-Roy who had to cover for one of his co-workers who had a car accident coming to the house, and put back a whole lot of earth on his own. The site was cleaned up properly and looks good; there were no surprises with the process.

Do not hire - extremely disappointing experience. I can't recommend Bellevue Landscaping for anyone seeking reliable and responsive service. Reached out to Bellevue in March 2025 for a front yard project and paid a deposit. What followed was six months of poor communication and delays that made the project impossible to complete. After a couple visits to discuss the project, communication became wildly inconsistent. Routine questions about timing and logistics took multiple days to get responses, often requiring repeated follow-ups. Despite numerous attempts to establish clear timelines and move forward, we were continuously strung along through the entire summer with vague promises and no concrete deliverables. We ultimately had to cancel the project due to Ron's inability to maintain basic professional communication, which cost us valuable time. Save yourself the frustration and find someone who values their clients' time and maintains professional communication standards.

I needed to raise the paved entrance landing and working with Scott was a very easy task. Friendly and knowledgeable he provided a clear description of the work and a very competitive estimate. The quality of the work is excellent, they cleaned the site spotless and they even went beyond the scope, placing some asphalt in a low spot around the landing. Excellent job Scott. We split the cost of the job with our neighbours. Emilio and his colleague Ian replaced a rotten wooden retaining wall and fence for us in November 2021. Overall price was within the initial quote so no nasty surprises! Emilio explained things well to us and our neighbours so we knew what the job would entail. He touched base every day with updates. Two Guys and a Shovel installed artificial turf in a small area of our backyard. We were delighted with everything from start to finish. Everyone was professional and friendly. Paul thoroughly explained the job and what we could expect. Jesse was excellent at keeping in touch during the installation to manage expectations and to make sure we were on the same page with regards to the final look. The lawn looks fantastic! I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for other landscaping projects.

Workers were on time, efficient and speedy. Two female gardeners came, which suited us. We have always found men to be brusque and not willing to talk. Samantha and Allana were a joy to work with and they had other ideas that we could easily do. They are so honest, and were the only people that would not give us an initial quote before they at least came out to inspect the scope of work. Looking forward to booking fall and sprio9ng clean ups with Algonquin.
