Ivan and his crew were amazing to work with on our backyard project. Showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in 2 days! We couldn't be happier with the results. They came in, removed 3 old decks, leveled the yard, prepped it and finished with pea gravel. His attention to detail was great, his crew were very friendly, and they worked very hard to complete the project quickly. We recently used Master Homes Contracting to renovate two bathrooms. Anton came to the house to discuss the project and offer some advice as to the design aspect of what we were doing. We found him very knowledgeable, he made recommendations as to the layout and gave us a clear idea of what the project would look like when completed. We received a detailed quotation within a few days, numerous options with pricing. With some conversation we were comfortable with the quotation and agreed to move ahead. We were then introduced to Ashley who would be our design contact throughout the project. We had done the usual visits to the home stores and to be honest were a little overwhelmed, we really needed some direction and advice. Ashley made it so easy, she supplied numerous choices, with pricing, for each of the components from tile to taps, and really helped us with every selection, for us, that expertise saved weeks of wandering the aisles trying to figure out what we wanted. Once decided, Ashley ordered everything for us and had it delivered to our house. The crew showed up to start the demo on the agreed date, immediately covered my hardwood hall and stairs to avoid any damage as they removed the debris, they were careful to try to limit the dust as much as possible but by nature its a dusty job. Execution was flawless, we did have to make some decisions as to the waterproofing behind the new shower, Anton gave us three options with and actually recommended the LEAST expensive one for what we needed. We had a vacation planned that happened to fall in the middle of the project. We were so comfortable with Anton and his crew, we gave him a key, they continued working while we were away. The project was completed just as we got back, we were so pleased with the results. Both bathrooms look amazing, certainly exceeding our expectations, they even added undercabinet LED accent lighting, not included in the original quote but they thought we would like it. They were right, it added a whole spa like look to the bathroom. The project was completed a few weeks ago but I held off on my review as I knew there would be some minor call backs, there always are with any reno. The true test of a contractor is how well they handle the call backs. A flickering pot light, a sticky drawer on the vanity, they were there next day, resolved without question, we were very impressed. We did add some extras to the project as it progressed but overall they were on budget per their original quote. As a contractor Master Homes ticked all the boxes. On time, on quote, knew what they were doing, all the assistance we needed, daily updates on the project, immediate attention to the callbacks, and probably the most important factor, Trust. We will use them again for our next project without any hesitation, there are so many horror stories out there it was a pleasure and a relief to find a good honest contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the results. We highly recommend Daniel and his team. Many people in Niagara region can relate to the problems of finding a decent contractor. We moved here during COVID and hired an inside contractor, which gave us endless headaches and kept putting us off in finishing the job for over two and a half grueling years and way over budget. That's why we were really particular in choosing a contractor to finish up our outdoor space. We wanted someone who would follow building codes to the letter (this is important, and we had another guy walk away when he found out we wanted this project to pass all inspections). We found Daniel through Home Depot's referral service. He came over in Fall 2023 and provided us with a thorough quote, answering all of our questions after reviewing our plans. Put it this way: We had another contractor who showed up but never sent us a quote afterward. Daniel also has great customer references. We checked them all, and they're all as happy as we are. Daniel and his team started work in March 2024, and he completed the job on days, evenings, and even the Easter weekend when his schedule permitted. The project ran a bit over budget, but that's to be expected, and the results speak for themselves. Hopefully, we will work together again on a fence sometime in 2025.

Ryan, Dylan and Ryan are consummate professionals who take pride and satisfaction in their work, and it really shows. They did an amazing job replacing a couple of old doors and a window, then tearing down an old creaky deck and building us a brand new one, with an amazing V-shaped cedar gable over the main door and an overhang at the side door, both seamlessly connecting to the existing roof. We recently had our 1960s bathroom fully renovated, and we’re thrilled with the results! The demolition was a major task due to old concrete walls, but the team handled it efficiently and professionally. Juan did an outstanding job—reworking the plumbing, adding electrical upgrades, installing floor and wall tiles, a shower panel, and a heated towel rack. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were top-notch. Jose, our contractor, provided high-quality materials and helpful store suggestions, giving us the freedom to choose our own finishes.
