Artem of Novo Building was very professional and skilled. After a site visit and discussion, the project estimate we received included a very detailed list of the cost of materials and labour which we really appreciated. He was friendly, detail oriented, listened to what we wanted and had great suggestions on how to make the deck better than our expectations. He did an awesome job removing our old deck and building our new one. Our neighbour came by, was so impressed with the deck he immediately asked Artem for his business card. We would definitely hire Novo Building again. Bruce

Behzad from Voltit Electrical was excellent! He was incredibly responsive, with great instruction and details. Easy to schedule based on my schedule with other contractors doing my kitchen reno. Has agreed for return trips to complete a few extra items I added. His work is incredibly neat and he was respectful of my space. Will definitely keep his contact info for future work. Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people. One too many times, you get contractors that you wished you hadn't welcomed into your home. Definitely not the case with Sal's Renovations. From initial estimate, to job completion, they are consummate professionals. Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond in the care with which they considered materials for our job, ensuring we had a proper estimate with appropriate attention to details, and in how they handled themselves on a day to day basis in our home. Even though this job in particular was a smaller project, Sal and Arie still dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, working diligently throughout. They are the type of guys that bring your bins back to your garage, just because they happen to be there anyway, or who step in to help with a nail gun when your son inadvertently rips something off the wall unrelated to the project at hand. Professional, thoughtful and skilled. I'm really happy I've discovered Sal's Renovations because next time I won't need to go through the process of searching for a general contractor when I can just pick up the phone and call them. Mike completed a number of different tasks and did a really great job. He looked at any issues and figured out possible solutions before starting the job. Based on my previous experience, in my opinion, this is very important and needs to be highlighted as it differentiates an excellent contractor from the rest. It should be noted that he is a punctual, hard worker who cares about his work. He has earned our trust. We are in process of planning additional renovations to the home and it is our intention for Mike to be part of the design and planning stage, in addition to being the main contractor to complete the renovations. We look forward to working with Mike in the future.
