Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people. One too many times, you get contractors that you wished you hadn't welcomed into your home. Definitely not the case with Sal's Renovations. From initial estimate, to job completion, they are consummate professionals. Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond in the care with which they considered materials for our job, ensuring we had a proper estimate with appropriate attention to details, and in how they handled themselves on a day to day basis in our home. Even though this job in particular was a smaller project, Sal and Arie still dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, working diligently throughout. They are the type of guys that bring your bins back to your garage, just because they happen to be there anyway, or who step in to help with a nail gun when your son inadvertently rips something off the wall unrelated to the project at hand. Professional, thoughtful and skilled. Kevin and his crew were top-knotch, professional and able to really listen to us in order to bring our vision to life. They were courteous to our neighbours (we got a lot of feedback saying how great they were) and worked diligently to get the work done quickly, efficiently and correctly. They removed our existing backyard and proceeded to construct a new fence, new slab steps, and a new pergola and to lay down new paving (including a garden border, stepping stones and a platform for a new sauna) and a new lawn (with enriched soil and sod). Not only were they extremely skilled but they were also competively priced! Best company you will ever hire! Phenomenal communication, workers showed up on time, they worked hard, they were respectful, clean and the quality of work, impeccable, they cared about the workmanship and it showed. The projects they did were large, hardscape all around my house, front, back (around my pool) and the sides of my house. I recommend them to everyone, I don't even price shop any more, I just call Trevor if I need anything and that is who I go with, his team is the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will not share the price, it wasn't the cheapest and it wasn't the most expensive, it was just right. I really didnt expect this company to treat me this way. At first, I was very satisfied with their attention to detail, but unfortunately, despite having a contract, they did not fulfill their commitments and failed to complete the work outlined in the agreement. To my surprise, they wrote to me, saying they had taken on a better project and could not return to complete the contract. We just bought a home and we wanted to put in a fence. This company came highly recommended by homestars and they did not disappoint. Larry is very professional and respectful giving us excellent advice on how to approach our fence. We had something in mind and he outdid himself. The fence is very sturdy and beautiful, and the deck looks brand new! We couldn't have asked for a better contractor, and whenever we have more work to do down the line, he will be the first we contact.

Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his teams professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Rezas team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Rezas team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results they truly made our house a home and we cant thank them enough. We will be hiring Reza for all future projects and highly recommend them. Phil was all you could ask for in a project manager and more; he took the time to walk us through all scopes of work and educate us on the various options we had available. Phil helped us to develop our project budget and assisted with the entire process from design to completion. All of the trades and employees associated with Punchlist were kind, considerate and respectful. We did a full house renovation with Punchlist but should we ever need work in the future they will be our first call.
