I work in the maintenance industry for past 35 years. I do painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical jobs, laminate flooring, and vinyl flooring. I also built bathrooms, refinished and rebuilt kitchens. All small shops are very welcome. Don't forget about some carpentry also. I worked over 16 years with Kaneff and another 8 years with St Clair's Multifaith Housing. At the same time, I run private contracts for small jobs.
