I was very impressed with my initial discussions with Venice the project Manager at Bild Pools and landscape. I had 2-3 discussions with other contractors that would not return calls or forget about the initial meeting. Vince was on time for our initial meeting very professional, knowledgeable and extremely well versed with current products. His team is very clean, understanding and pilot. He provided me with an excellent quote that was within our budget. The work and final product was beyond our expectations. Hired Henry's Bobcat to excavate 3 LARGE (18" x 5') concrete fence footings from our yard, and drill four 18" holes for new posts. They were prompt, helpful, project cost was as we had agreed before hand (no hidden fees). The employee who came to our home worked hard all day on our yard, completed the work on time (which was important to us because another contractor was coming that evening to carry out the next step), and was easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend the company. Our deck is 15 years old, the wood became black and the old paint was peeling. IP the owner of the company responded promptly to my request for a quote, his quote was very responsible for full restoration of the wood which included pressure washing and painting. Him and his helpers worked thoroughly and IP thrives for perfection and put his heart in the job. He restored also the wall and the railing although it wasn’t included in the quote. They arrived to the job on time and communicated on WhatsApp promptly with no delay. This is a company you can trust and rely on. Karim was an excellent source of information from the start. He encouraged us to do the project ourselves first because he felt it was an easy fix and didnt want us to have to pay for it. He even offered to loan his tools! When he did come to fix the planks, he fixed an additional one (at no extra cost) that collapsed. He was easy to communicate with.
