This was a bit of a complex job as Nelio had to price it before he could see under the floor as to what-all needed to be done with a sagging foundation. Once the demo started, Nelio put together a plan that was smart and economical. He, Keith and their apprentice were there every day and the job was done when he said it would be done. I'm left with exactly what I wanted, a very strong, sturdy foundation and a whole new room. It looks amazing. Nelio and Keith were very professional and gave me more than I asked for. Any job I have in the future is going to this company. They are honest, do very professional work and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They cleaned up very well after the job was done. I could not be happier. Thanks again guys, you are the best!

Paving and interlocking stone- 26 Jul 2025
A 3-4 day job took over 2 weeks. We missed "desired by date" by a full week. If it was a good job, I would accept that. Upon quote and job acceptance 50% was paid up front and a final walk through would be completed before final payment. I brought up concerns throughout the build, and was repeatedly assured it would be 100% before he asked for money. I left him to his work. He then, on day we were supposed to walk through, said he couldn't make it and demanded payment. When I said work was not complete he said "I can legally only withhold 10% so go ahead and send the 40%." The job is absolutely awful. Nothing is level, walls aren't flat, bad angles through out, no straight lines up top, no consistent gaps, unfinished edges and glue showing. This is the basics. Offered partial repairs only with money up front. Refusal to fix what needs to be fixed to bring up to acceptable standard ended transaction. New contractor hunt underway.

It was a delightful experience working with Alma and Ilir on my kitchen cabinet and front door painting. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and did a fantastic job! The kitchen cabinets look like they were created with rich dark brown wood vs painted. In addition to doing an expert job matching the colours and applying it, they were lovely people who came when they said they would, and took care of our home as if it was theirs. They were also able to change a light fixture in my dining room. I would gladly work with them again and recommend them highly. Thank you for making our projects so enjoyable and beautiful! My whole family is impressed and my space looks brand new.

I used Homestars for a small basement bathroom renovation. Mason responded first and stopped by that afternoon to assess the work. He provided a couple of suggestions to save money on the project (which I appreciated and we used). I chose him over 2 other options due to his suggestions, cost and personality. He and his team were great. They worked for 11 days straight to complete the job, with Mason on-site for parts of every day. He discovered a couple of structural surprises along the way, but quickly devised and executed solutions. While working, we asked his team to also re-tile part of our laundry room, fix a broken door, and fill a large ceiling opening. He and his team did a great job with all of them, and at very fair prices IMO. He was professional, trustworthy, friendly and very competent. He will be my first call for future projects, and I have already recommended his services to two of my friends.

Do not hire - extremely disappointing experience. I can't recommend Bellevue Landscaping for anyone seeking reliable and responsive service. Reached out to Bellevue in March 2025 for a front yard project and paid a deposit. What followed was six months of poor communication and delays that made the project impossible to complete. After a couple visits to discuss the project, communication became wildly inconsistent. Routine questions about timing and logistics took multiple days to get responses, often requiring repeated follow-ups. Despite numerous attempts to establish clear timelines and move forward, we were continuously strung along through the entire summer with vague promises and no concrete deliverables. We ultimately had to cancel the project due to Ron's inability to maintain basic professional communication, which cost us valuable time. Save yourself the frustration and find someone who values their clients' time and maintains professional communication standards.
