The owner is very nice. The job I would say is average, specially at the final stretch where the work appeared rushed so you can see big gaps that were addressed by just adding more polymeric sand. There's also areas where the pavers are not flushed with another. And very difficult to talk to the workers, they're nice but none of them speaks English. The owner is there to help of course. Part of the job was to degrade some areas, one of which they did well, and not the other. I would say if you're going to hire this company, just make sure you have time to look after the work. They will correct issues if you point it out. I also had the grass re-sodded, and that was rushed either, that after a few days the gaps between the sods became too big I had to put soil and seed it. ELC came demo our 2 bathrooms to the bones redid the wood for the shower niche and for the floor to be lower so the shower pan that we chose would seat lower everything was amazing and fast great work guys.

Form and Function Concrete did an amazing job. The work looks beautiful, and also rain water drains properly! There was an animal that brought berries and stained the concrete as they were on their way to seal the concrete. They didnt panic, cleaned it up and returned to seal it so the work would be completed properly. You couldnt even tell that it happened when they were finished. Great workmanship, they showed up when they said they would, and got the work done efficiently and properly. Lotus was a great company to deal with, they quickly came by and gave me a competitive estimate to replace my deck, shed roof and do some landscaping. They arrived promptly each morning and were very professional throughout leaving the job site spotless. Alex and Cory went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Andy leads a hard-working team with a can-do attitude. We had a stone retaining wall, patio and wooden gate installed. Other companies complained about not having sufficient space to get equipment through. Andy brought 6 guys with 5 wheelbarrows and you never saw so much dirt, gravel, patio stones, lumber, etc., move so quickly. A 'modern-style' wood gate was constructed from scratch and looks better than we expected. Andy operates a well-oiled machine and there's a very positive mood amongst the team, which says a lot. The price was very competitive. The job was arranged and executed within days.
