John was very genuine, knowledgeable and offered very competitive pricing. I know some contractors can be headaches but he was a pleasure to deal with and we couldnt be happier with the end result. We had all of our old patio pavers removed around the house/into the backyard and replaced with white concrete. We were shocked with how efficient John and his team were to get this project done. We have cameras all over our house and while I was at work I would check in to see the progress. The demolition was extremely quick and they were also mindful of neighbouring houses. Most importantly, the concrete looks amazing and we wouldnt hesitate to use John/Concrete One again or recommend to a friend/family member. You cant go wrong - highly recommend!

Wonderful experience and job well done. Special thanks to Michael for heading the crew and getting the work done ahead of time. The backyard grading along the property line between my neighbour and myself happens to be quite contentious. It has been mediated by the Richmond Hill Grading Department (RHGD) who have been quite understanding and reasonable in their handling of the situation. When the request came from the RHGD on what was needed on my side, a call was put in to Greenlane Landscaping to estimate the job and provide details on when it could be done. They, in fact, were the only landscaping company that answered my call. Michael, their landscape architect, came by and scoped out the job. It was done in a professional and congenial manner. The terms were agreed fairly shortly after that (regrade of the the area and resod as needed) and the date was set. There was a wrinkle in that the job date had to be pushed forward to meet the needs of RHGD and that was accommodated by Greenlane. When the date came, Greenlane sent a professional crew supervised by Michael, and they did a highly professional job. The crew was congenial and and empathetic in their relations. The job was completed to a first rate standard. the sod and soil provided were excellent and the instructions provide to keep the sod growing were easy to follow. In fact, the sod is the best grass I have in my backyard. There have been no issues with RHGD regarding the work done so far on my side of the property line. This company did our front landscaping with interlock and small area with shrubs in summer of 2015. Now its 2016, the interlock is sinking, stones are moving and grout has washed away. We contracted Green Side Up to build a relatively large deck in our backyard. We had an older wooden deck which we wanted to replace with a new composite deck. It was a great pleasure to work with Jay and his crew to do this project. His carpenter (Dennis) did a fantastic job. We were impressed with the frame and the structure. We had a few delays due to the city permit, but at the end we are happy with the work and our new deck. We had two city inspections and both passed right away. Thank you Jay for the work!

AquaSpa and Pools did a great job on my front steps. I did all concrete and the job was immaculate. Anthony project managed the job. He provided options, advised me of what works best, aesthetics etc. The job was secured and scheduled all in a week. Tony and his concrete crew did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable. They left the job site clean and removed the old steps. I'll add pictures once the concrete cures. My wife and I had requested a quote from King Kongtracting for our interlocking project. Sam came by to give us a quote and was personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient as we asked him many questions. We were not sure about the design of what we were looking for and Sam even took the time to take us to the local stone yard to show us the various options/ colour palettes. After this level of care, we were sold and we ended up hiring them to install the new interlock in the backyard, side of the house and driveway extension. Sam and his team did a WONDERFUL & WORLD CLASS job and we couldn't be happier.
