I did an extensive review of contractors on Homestars who specialized in the supply and installation of tankless water heaters. There were many impressive options to choose from but I eventually settle on MMS Heating & Cooling. The glowing reviews and the impression I got from my initial interaction with Matt was the deciding factor. The quote I received from him was reasonable and competitive. He came across as professional, knowledgeable, responsive , accommodating and courteous. They arrived punctually to start the work as per our agreement and did an outstanding job. They completed the job on time exactly as Matt had indicated they would. The water heater was professionally and neatly installed without any issues or problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending MMS and Matt for any of the services they render. Thank you Matt.

I hired them for new gas lines and exhaust ducts installation, job was completed great. Josh is very professional and provided advice to avoid cutting the ceiling open or drilling extra holes on exterior walls, which was my original plan, saving a lot of work and mess that might happen. They cleaned up everyday after they were done. Took only two days to complete rough in, and one more visit to finish. Their quote is quite reasonable, compared with other quote I got from other trades and companies, plus they offer a comprehensive solution, all the other guys I turned to wanted me to do part of the job myself or just hire other trades for it. Would definitely hire them again if I need more hvac updates.

They handled everything, from power washing and re-sanding our front porch to installing new pavers and levelling flagstones in the back garden. Very good. They have good technicians who know what they are doing. I did get a leak of the coolant a couple of years later due to a fault at the connection which may have been a installation issue or perhaps materials. Either way they fixed it promptly. The service program is good I would suggest the premium one with unlimited calls once the heater is a few years old. We have used that several times it's worth the additional cost for the peace of mind.

I found Majid on Facebook and he was the first to answer with a realistic estimate for Lennox Elite furnace and a heat pump. He came the next day and gave a firm quotation which was hundreds $ (even thousands) less than any other quotation we had had. Work was scheduled for the next week and completed totally satisfactorily in one day. I referred Majid to my neighbour and my son and their work was also done in a week. They are happy and we are happy. I doubt you will find anybody better to do HVAC work, especially at this price.
