Tim and the Sunny Garden crew did a terrific job. We hired them to remove our old bricks in the backyard and replace them with new pavers. They also replaced the bricks on our backyard porch and replaced them with natural stone. They also leveled the area so it's not sloping onto our neighbor's property. In the front of the house they replaced the old brick steps with natural stone steps. They also installed armour stones and new sod across the front yard. They started on time and completed the job as per the schedule. Sunny Garden did a great job -- highly recommended.

Sean worked on my pool heater which had an ignition failure after opening for the season. I turned out that the fuel pump had seized and needed replacement. Sean had sourced the part and cleaned the orfaces for all the burners. The heater was running in a few days.

Following the re-landscaping of our backyard in 2023, Dutch Style returned to re-do the front of the house. This included a portico (roof extension over the front door), garden, lights, driveway, front and side entry steps, garden plantings, and irrigation. The change to the house is remarkable; day or night. Again it was a pleasure to work with Susan, Adam, A.J. and Jack. Susan and Adam conferred with us continually throughout the project, ensuring that we were on the same page at all times and assured of a great completed project.

Wonderful experience and job well done. Special thanks to Michael for heading the crew and getting the work done ahead of time. The backyard grading along the property line between my neighbour and myself happens to be quite contentious. It has been mediated by the Richmond Hill Grading Department (RHGD) who have been quite understanding and reasonable in their handling of the situation. When the request came from the RHGD on what was needed on my side, a call was put in to Greenlane Landscaping to estimate the job and provide details on when it could be done. They, in fact, were the only landscaping company that answered my call. Michael, their landscape architect, came by and scoped out the job. It was done in a professional and congenial manner. The terms were agreed fairly shortly after that (regrade of the the area and resod as needed) and the date was set. There was a wrinkle in that the job date had to be pushed forward to meet the needs of RHGD and that was accommodated by Greenlane. When the date came, Greenlane sent a professional crew supervised by Michael, and they did a highly professional job. The crew was congenial and and empathetic in their relations. The job was completed to a first rate standard. the sod and soil provided were excellent and the instructions provide to keep the sod growing were easy to follow. In fact, the sod is the best grass I have in my backyard. There have been no issues with RHGD regarding the work done so far on my side of the property line. Thank you Greenlane on a job well done.
