Scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Was given date and time and received an email the day before asking for measurements of driveway (saying they have a minimum) and type of resurfacing I was looking for. I sent them the measurements and asked what different types of resurfacing they offered. No one emailed me back so I figured the square footage met their minimum requirement and figured the person who would come for the estimate would explain the different options to me. I waited an hour past the scheduled time and no one showed up. Finally called the company to ask if anyone was coming or not. They told me “oh, I remember reading the email and it was uncertain as to what type of resurfacing you were looking for so we didn’t send anyone”. Really?!! It didn’t occur to you to contact me to clarify the matter or better yet to have your employee explain the different options at the scheduled appointment instead of just cancelling the estimate without even letting me know? Speaks to how unprofessional this company is. Glad I found this out early on before it was too late and I had signed a contract with them. Would never recommend this company.
