Spencer and his crew just finished a job replacing Poly B piping in our yard and on our main floor. His quotation was right in the middle of the other two quotations; he was prompt with bookings and answering questions; they showed up on time; were very professional, communicative and tidy. He went out of his way to contact the City as he had a concern the City might have a leak near the water meter and he followed up the next day to make sure the issue was resolved. Once we agree on this plan, we work diligently to come up with the most cost-effective or lavish space keeping in mind budget, and other constraints. Since every job is different, every approach with a customer is unique and crafted just for them. This one on one approach is what leads to having an amazing rapport with our clients and constructing unique and beautiful outdoor spaces that will provide enjoyment for years to come.
Alex did a good job at the design (which was not to scale) and all the other contractors were booked so we decided to proceed with Kasty as he was the only one available and we could use the space for the tail end of the 2020 summer. Despite hearing some warning from others that a 27 year old who claims to have lots of experience and an engineering background would be an issue, we proceed with the project. Things started great and was pleased with the team and work however about halfway through the project we noticed things were being rushed and issues were starting to appear. Typical responses like “we stand behind our work” and “everything is covered under warranty” etc. is what we heard. As we approached the end of the project Alex provided the “Final Invoice” and to let him know if we had any questions. We had done a walkthrough of the front and back and made notes of the parts of the job we were not happy with and some areas where we were over charged. Alex was not happy with the list and became very defensive however after lots of back and forth agreed to a take it or leave it offer from Alex in which we agreed to reduce the final price by $2,235 (~1.8% of the total cost). We took the take it or leave it offer and made the payment in full and ensured Alex signed the final invoice confirming it was paid in full and we moved on. Shortly after this is where things changed... There was a rebate promotion with the stone manufacturer which we were trying to claim however the stone manufacturer responded that we did not qualify as our project was not paid in full. After reaching out to Alex we were told “Not going to go over and above for someone who did this to me” and that “He didn’t agree because he was happy about the conversation” and “Like I said you have a 3 year warranty regardless of how I feel. I put the needs of my work before mine”. 2 month later the cedar trees that Alex planted died. I was told there was a warranty with the nursery and if I got the irrigation system that warranty would be extended (which I did). However, Alex has ignored our requests and those dead cedars have not been replaced. After the winter we noticed lots of cracks, chips and crumbling stone and reached out to the stone manufacturer (as we had a lifetime warranty on the stone). However, received the same response that the contractor (Alex) indicated the project was not paid in full. So finally I escalated the issue to the President of the stone manufacturer and requested an investigation, after providing copies of the emails from Alex and the signed invoice confirming it was paid in full they honored the warranty and also provided me with the rebate that was previously declined. They mentioned they take these matters very seriously and provided a list of approved contractors who would repair the manufacturing defects and the stones that have cracked due to poor workmanship (which is normally not covered). Alex did come by after to see the cracks as he was even surprised how bad the issue was awhen he saw the pics but after some back and forth regarding the quality of the job was told “You can use the money you shorted me to hire someone to fix the work. You wouldn’t want someone who had bad workmanship to fix your yard yea? No one believes a single bad review saying I didn’t honor a warranty, especially when you didn’t pay your bill in full. And I will make sure everyone knows that” which he did in his responses. So I will somewhat agree with his response on the Google Review as we did not pay the “Final Invoice” as we agreed on a “Revised Final Invoice” which was paid in full and signed by Alex. Also, Alex mentioned they did everything they could to keep us happy, so I have uploaded some pictures of what things look like after he tried everything to make us happy (imagine what it looked like before). Alex and his team from Green Clean Mobile Wash did a great job at my house. As usually after the winter time, my house didn't look clean. Pressure washing seemed to be a good solution to make it look nice again and it was a good decision. Green Clean Mobile Wash not only cleaned the exterior of my house (siding and gutters), but also driveway, walkway, wood deck and my wood fence. Everything looked new and shiny again! DAntonio Landscaping and Maintenance, Laura (and her entire team), were exceptional in removing our old grass, grading and installing new sod! It is very evident that they used top quality sod that was freshly cut. They provided all the materials, removed all our previous debris and unwanted materials, and left the site spotless! They also worked flawlessly in tandem with the sprinkler system company that was installing new water sprinklers. Laura is very hard working, she made our experience seamless in helping us decide on the scope of the job, providing input and vision to design a new look, providing a quote, and, having her team execute a perfect job! Dave does amazing work ,behaving been married to a contractor I can honestly say Dave's work is some of the best I have seen. We have been using Total Tech pool services opening/ closing our pool, water testing, buying new pool equipment etc for many years. We have always been more than satisfied with their services. The store staff provide great customer service, are always pleasant and helpful. The technical staff opening / closing the pool and installing new equipment are knowledgeable and patient. Recently we had a major issue with our Prowler pool cleaners power supply. We had not realized that Total Tech also handled equipment diagnostics and repair. We were in their store having our pool water tested and mentioned our problem. To our complete surprise, Dave checked our power supply and resolved our problem immediately. We were thrilled. John Routier and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Workmanship was excellent and completed in a very timely manner. We found John, Ryan, Corban, Aaron and Brandon to be extremely friendly, courteous, and diligent. John was able to handle extra requests while onsite and was always gracious and accommodating with our questions and concerns.
