I’ve been a general contractor for 35 years specializing in heritage homes and small to large scale Renovations. I started my business building new homes but primarily focussed on Renovations in the last 25 years. I’ve built several of my own spec properties. I worked in Japan rebuilding homes in Kobe Japan after a severe earthquake in 1995. I have property in Costa Rica where I’m developing a boutique hotel.
