Paul did a complete renovation of our old-style condo from floor to ceiling including 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laying new flooring, skim coating of popcorn ceiling etc. He is very much familiar with IKEA kitchens. He can rebuilt the existing IKEA cabinet as he did for us to install the built-in exhaust. He can install all build-in appliances, fridge included. Our renovation was so called "contractor nightmare". Most of the contractors will not be able to handle it. The renovation included the installation of flush concealed doors, flush baseboards, wall mural, slate-lite panels and etc. etc. Paul took a challenge and went through as a savvy. His suggestions are useful and problem-solving. He handles jobs skilfully and cleverly. He has an eye for details and kind of finesse in his job. All veins on the tiles are matched perfectly, transition between different types of floors impeccable, ceiling look like new after skim coating. He is a top class professional contractor. A Noah's Home Comfort installed an exhaust for a range hood through the attic and then a metal roof as part of a kitchen renovation. Some companies would not deal with a metal roof. The work was performed much sooner than expected, the work seemed careful and high quality, and his communication about the job was clear and complete. Stefan and his crew did an excellent job in replacing the sill plate and repairing damaged joist ends over a 25 ft wall section. They also performed considerable preparatory work required to access the work area: removed patio deck stairs, removed and stabilized the brick work around patio door, removed ceramic tiles over part of the kitchen floor. After repairing the sill plate, they rebuilt the flashing and vapour barrier, brickwork, caulking and floor tiling. The work took 8 days, mobilizing 2 or 3 workers depending on the day. All this to say that even though the extent of the damaged area was about 40% greater than first expected expected, Stefan was able to mobilize the skills needed to get the complex work done quickly and efficiently, within a reasonable timeframe. I was also impressed with the team's positive attitude. They were quite friendly talkative, providing me with valuable inputs and advice on a variety of house handiwork topics. I strongly recommend them.

Ian was very responsive and super friendly. He made us feel comfortable with asking questions and explained the work that would be done. He provided a quote quickly which was lower than another company we had talked to. When I was able to get a panel and wiring on my own, Ian was open to re-quoting and seemed to care about saving us money. His crew came the day the hot tub was delivered, as they knew we were excited to get it hooked up. They were friendly, very efficient and made sure that safety measures were followed. They explained their process and showed us helpful information about our new hot tub and hook up.
