Liz and her team from GTA kitchen did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation recently. It was truly a pleasure to work with Liz. She is an excellent listener who puts her heart and soul into the design and smooth and professional execution of all aspects of the project. Her expert advice and suggestions with the design turned our outdated L-shape kitchen into a high-end kitchen with a beautiful and super functional island, opening up our family room by extending kitchen cabinets seamlessly on the TV area with gorgeous bookshelves in the family room. Liz and her team also did an excellent job at removing our popcorn ceiling. The demolition of the old kitchen and the installation of the new one were timely and everything was coordinated seamlessly. We had an old carpet flooring that they came in and peeled the carpet and disposed it. Then they took us to their supplier with almost half the price of Home Depot. We selected the colour we wanted, and they did a very good job installing the floor. Everything is even, and nowhere is making noise,e even though we were expecting some. They even mopped and vacuumed the house and we loved it. We used their services for other jobs since then a recommended them to our friends and family. Chris and the team from Iberia were engaged to build a new window well, and clean up the stone work on the patio and pathways - they got to the job earlier than anticipated, completed it in a timely manner, and were exactly as quoted. This is the second time weve used the Iberia team and I wouldnt recommend anyone else. I posted a job on here in October 2023 to have the 2 small walls in my sun room (11 feet each in length) renovated - remove the old screen walls and replace them with framed drywall walls and a door to the outside. The door was to be an inexpensive 32 door with a window. Despite Rez having measured everything he did not realize he could not install an outward swinging door because it would hit the roof of my gazebo on my deck. It was his helper that noticed this during framing and offered the suggestion of sliding patio doors. Rez asked for an additional $500 for this change. I paid him immediately - the same day. It took months for the patio doors to be delivered and he promised they would be installed while I was on holiday from Jan 23 to 30, 2024. I came home and they were not installed. 2 weeks later he came and installed them. They are not level and do not latch or lock. Ive contacted him repeatedly to return and fix them and complete the job. There is still more drywalling to do, windows and doors to be trimmed and interior walls to be painted. He says he doesnt do exterior work in the winter - but he took 90% of the cost of the job before Christmas 2023! There is also exterior siding to be done and this also remains incomplete. This has been an awful experience and extremely stressful. This project started in November 2023 and is still not done.Latest review:Marciano Kitchens

I wrote about Arian last year because of his incredible in person home visit re my Central Vac. system. I was so impressed by him that I vowed that I would never consult anyone else for all my Central Vac needs . This time around I needed to go in person to the Thornhill location as my hose was clogged ....and there was nothing we could do to unclog it . I called Arian , and he said to bring it in and they would take a look and see what could be done . Turns out my 8 year old sucked up a rock and some gravel ..go figure . No problem for team Amati . 24 hours later and not only was my hose clog free but they even tightend the screws in the handle . Basically giving me a brand new hose for next to nothing . Amati is honest and reliable . There was no tricky sales pitches to get me to upgrade ( the hose is over 30 years old ! ) and the price was more than reasonable .
