I posted a job on here in October 2023 to have the 2 small walls in my sun room (11 feet each in length) renovated - remove the old screen walls and replace them with framed drywall walls and a door to the outside. The door was to be an inexpensive 32 door with a window. Despite Rez having measured everything he did not realize he could not install an outward swinging door because it would hit the roof of my gazebo on my deck. It was his helper that noticed this during framing and offered the suggestion of sliding patio doors. Rez asked for an additional $500 for this change. I paid him immediately - the same day. It took months for the patio doors to be delivered and he promised they would be installed while I was on holiday from Jan 23 to 30, 2024. I came home and they were not installed. 2 weeks later he came and installed them. They are not level and do not latch or lock. Ive contacted him repeatedly to return and fix them and complete the job. There is still more drywalling to do, windows and doors to be trimmed and interior walls to be painted. He says he doesnt do exterior work in the winter - but he took 90% of the cost of the job before Christmas 2023! There is also exterior siding to be done and this also remains incomplete. This has been an awful experience and extremely stressful. This job required a full demolition and installation of a walk in bathtub, a new window, wall and ceiling tile, repairs and refreshment to the remaining drywall area and installation of a pocket door. The job required the involvement of several tradesmen. All of the guys were great. They obviously knew what they were doing, worked quickly with minimal intrusion on us. they were friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. they made a minimum of dirt and dust and cleaned up very well every day. the job was completed on time and on budget and we love it. Martin removed 5 trees from my front yard. The trees, stumps and roots were completely removed so that the freed space can be readily used for any other purpose (e.g. replanting). I finally have the backyard I've wanted for years thanks to Pro Green. It's always been a challenge with too much shade and whenever I tried sod in the back I couldn't stay on top of the watering because of traveling or just forgetting so the sod would eventually die. I'd looked at sprinkler systems before but no one every took the time to explain it clearly like Scott did from Pro Green. My biggest concern was increasing my water bill but thanks to their system everything is programmed and also follows weather patterns and only waters when needed. I probably rang up bigger bills when I occasionally watered it myself. I also really liked that Pro Green is local and the company has been around for a long time so they are obviously doing something right. I put new sod in last August and I'm sure this is the last time I'll be doing that based on how great everything looked in the spring. I also planted cedars and hydrangeas and the sprinkler system was designed to cover off everything in the most efficient way. It's a very affordable investment to give you as hassle-free backyard. They have me such a good price I was able to afford to put a sprinkler system in the front as well so now front looks great too. Highly, highly recommend them.
