I should have done this post many times over the past 16 years. John has come to the rescue so often during this time, doing roof repair, repairing water damage through the ceiling from a faulty leak, 2x, even fixed a floor that was not even after a previous job from someone else. I cannot say enough about John & his amazing crew. Just recently I had to have a lot of work done to get my house ready for sale. The project was managed by Harsh Patel who coordinated all the work including painting, new flooring, kitchen counters & cabinets & even some plumbing. I don't think that there is anything that they cannot fix, install or repair. Efficient, fast, reliable, excellent quotes & a pleasure to work with. If I could give John, Harsh & crew 10 stars, I would. Thank you guys, my house sold in 6 days with 3 offers.

We recently had our washroom renovated and overall had a positive experience working with Rob. The work was done neatly and with attention to detail. His pricing was reasonable — not the lowest quote we received, but fair for the scope and quality of work. We appreciated that he does the work himself and takes time to explain things - these helped build trust. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and straightforward in his communication. He kept us updated throughout. Right after the reno, an underlying plumbing stack issue came to light. While it wasn’t caused by the renovation itself, it surfaced when new fixtures were installed. Rob has taken ownership of addressing it and is actively working on the fix. We’ve heard stories of contractors avoiding responsibility once issues arise, and that hasn’t been the case here — he has remained responsive and engaged, which is something we expect from a quality professional who values integrity and honesty. Would recommend for your next reno.

Owner gave us a quote in September to install a hot water rad to our existing rad system, swap out black iron pipes for copper ones, add a gas line for an outdoor bbq, add a hot water line to our washer, etc. Deposit ($3966) was made on September 13th 2022 with an agreement that he would start work on October 12th. On days where work was to be completed, he was a no show with no call to advise he couldn't make it. As of now, there have been 5 days where we stayed home anticipating him showing up and not even getting a courtesy call that he couldn't make it. Have been trying to reach him since to establish an appropriate alternative, only to be delayed further. He is now not answering text messages or calls for the past week despite the last contact stating we'd work something out. At a loss of words at how disappointed we are. We are now looking into legal action to get our deposit returned. Do better, your customers deserve it.

This included a portico (roof extension over the front door), garden, lights, driveway, front and side entry steps, garden plantings, and irrigation.
