I hired Antech to replace a bathroom fan and fix it's 2-speed operation. Hamid, the electrician, did a clean and tidy job of replacing the fan. He also spend a fair bit of time trying to figure out how the 2-speed operation had worked, but never did figure it out for sure. He had some ideas and promised to do some research and get back to me, but it's been nearly three weeks and I haven't heard back. I posted a job on here in October 2023 to have the 2 small walls in my sun room (11 feet each in length) renovated - remove the old screen walls and replace them with framed drywall walls and a door to the outside. The door was to be an inexpensive 32 door with a window. Despite Rez having measured everything he did not realize he could not install an outward swinging door because it would hit the roof of my gazebo on my deck. It was his helper that noticed this during framing and offered the suggestion of sliding patio doors. Rez asked for an additional $500 for this change. I paid him immediately - the same day. It took months for the patio doors to be delivered and he promised they would be installed while I was on holiday from Jan 23 to 30, 2024. I came home and they were not installed. 2 weeks later he came and installed them. They are not level and do not latch or lock. Ive contacted him repeatedly to return and fix them and complete the job. There is still more drywalling to do, windows and doors to be trimmed and interior walls to be painted. He says he doesnt do exterior work in the winter - but he took 90% of the cost of the job before Christmas 2023! There is also exterior siding to be done and this also remains incomplete. This has been an awful experience and extremely stressful. This project started in November 2023 and is still not done.Latest review:Brick Labouring

We hired these 2 gentlemen to load a 26 foot UHaul with the contents of a large storage unit. They were on time, personable, respectful, and polite. It was particularly hot and humid and they worked their butts off! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for any type of work. Dennis and his crew made our move from the city to the country flawless and pain free. Beginning with the estimate and the care Dennis took to determine our needs and concerns to the three hour drive to the destination and the perfect unload despite the challenging terrain at the new house location. The team arrived on time, with plenty of communication leading to the day of the move. They were courteous and careful with parking and ramp placement. We were impressed how careful they were with fragile and heavy items and the fact they wrapped and secured any items we had’t packed. The way they arranged and prioritized loaded items on the truck told us they were true professionals.
