Kitchen Renovations cost 20-30k and up. Bathroom Renovations are 15-20k Most of our projects are done on a cost-plus basis. The cost of skilled labour is $75.00 per man hour for demolition, carpentry, drywalling, tiling, painting, cabinet installation. 12% is added to what is spent on materials. 20% is added to the cost of Ticketed sub trades such as plumbers and electricians. Invoicing is done weekly with copies of all receipts provided. Renovations can be challenging. Andrew Michael Design is a business built on finding solutions.
