Leo was awesome at contacting me quickly, and arranging a time for him to come and hook up my dishwasher. Unfortunately, he was being charged for taking my job. The fee was HIGH. I contacted homestars and found out that they charge a fee for connecting the two parties. I cancelled on Leo. Not fair to him, I know.

I really appreciate working with Filipe. Unlike other contractors to whom I reach out to, he worked with me to get the work I need done within the budget. He took the time to do each job in a professional manner and kept me informed on how he was going to complete each job. Given we were putting our house for sale, we needed to fix certain areas of the home. But most we were looking for more for touch ups such as scratches on wood floors. Other contractors insisted that the floor needed to be re-sanded completely. But Filipe did an amazing job touching up the areas, and when he was finished you couldn't even see where the touch ups had been done. We also had some baseboard work, which the first contractor made a complete mess of, but Filipe was able to replace the sections that needed to be pulled. Given they were not your standard size baseboards he had to some special cutting and fillings. But once done, you could tell the difference. I would definitely work with him again.

What a gem. I could not have asked for a better experience that everyone told me would be an extreme hardship. My new build from the ground up took a little over a year. Adam, who runs the company was straight forward, trustworthy and incredibly respectful to our neighbours. This was a huge project that of course had cost overruns and unexpected issues, but Adam handled ever issue with professional ease. He was straightforward and to the point. Explaining everything to someone who knew nothing about building. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Adam is meticulously and his attention to detail is wild! I would not hesitate to recommend Ridgecrest to anyone whom I care for. Now I have my dream home.

They handled everything, from power washing and re-sanding our front porch to installing new pavers and levelling flagstones in the back garden. The crew worked efficiently and completed the entire project in just one day - on schedule and exactly as promised. Vince's personal oversight and the team's attention to detail were exceptional. They ensured every element was perfectly aligned and finished to a high standard. I also appreciated how the crew took the time to clean up properly. I was impressed by Vito from first contact online, to meeting him when he arrived to provide an in-person quote and to the completion of the jobs that were done professionally and excellently. He was very knowledgeable and provided a reasonable quote. I arranged this work on behalf of my sister who is recently widowed and trying to find her way without her husband who normally took care of all of the house repairs either personally or by hiring professionals. Vito could not have been more personable and kind. I am very grateful to him and so is my sister. She has already recommended him to her neighbourhood friends. She now has peace of mind that everything is working properly.
