I have used James in the past and was very please with the repeat service I received. James was very honest and fair. I had a flood and James and his team were both professional and honest. I had received many quotes from other companies and chose to go with James as he was so great the last time. I am beyond impressed with Mohamed and his team. I would say the thing that really sets him apart from others is, he really truly cares about his clients, and goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure that things get done properly and on time. He also is the only contractor that I interviewed that took the initiative to come up with creative ideas on how to make my shower bigger in my very small dated en suite bathroom. Bottom line, he truly cares and has an amazing eye for design. The entire process from the beginning to the end was completely stress-free, and he was a joy to work with. He also has amazing trades that have been with him for many years, which says a lot about him. They were all very professional and respectful. The end result is an absolutely stunning beyond my imagination en suite bathroom. This could not have happened without Mohamed and his dedication and great ideas. He was always very communicative throughout the entire process and always onsite to supervise to ensure everything got done properly. He was truly a joy to work with. We highly recommend Elite Concrete Restoration Inc. When Mark came to our home to give us an estimate for our foundation repairs, he was very calm and reassuring. After several other previous estimates from other companies (which had us stressed over their costly and complicated repairs), Mark took the time to explain everything without the alarmist approach other companies had. His integrity was evident from the start, and throughout his assessment, we quickly went from feeling overwhelmed to feeling much more relaxed. To top it off, his quote was considerably less than other companies. Then when the work started, Mark, Johnny, and John came to our home with great attitudes, professionalism, and sense of humours. They were extremely caring and courteous toward our pets and our home and were a pleasure to deal with. Even Johnny went out of his way to help us with some tasks that weren't part of the job. We are very happy with the repairs that were done and we are relieved to have found them. Unfortunately, too many other companies seemed as though they were taking advantage of our situation with repairs that would cost more than what our basement cost in the first place. We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. We had Sam and his team renovate our upper floor including two bedrooms and a laundry area with custom cabinets, raising the ceiling with exposed beams, a large window, skylights and redoing our leaky roof. As soon as we met, he had great suggestions on how we could achieve the look that we wanted. He provided us with a reasonable quote and timeline and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. His team worked hard, were efficient, and flexible to anything we needed. They did an amazing job, and we are really happy with how it turned out.

We're very happy with the work done. Some areas of hardwood in the upper hallway and bedrooms in our almost 100 year old house we're very noisy. If one person was awake, everyone was. The job took two days and the men worked non-stop. We were told not to expect 100% silent but we have about 95% and are very satisfied. The true measure of their expertise came when they stripped the old roof and discovered significant, unexpected problems, including extensive rot that required replacing 23 sheets of plywood and repairing a damaged section of fascia. Complete full house renovation done 3 month ago with Hp Group company. The senior project manager Bryan start communicating with us. He was always, always on time.
