While I do not hold a master electrical or plumbing license, I take on small residential jobs, repairs, and upgrades that are appropriate for the scope, and I ensure work is completed in line with code requirements, permits, and inspections. Licensed professionals are brought in when required. I focus on proper preparation, clear communication, and doing things the right way — not shortcuts.
