We wanted a new look for our entryway to modernize it but weren’t sure exactly what to do. We booked an appointment with Jason and he went over all the options. We decided to reface the steps with flagstone and we are so thrilled with the outcome. We highly recommend this company. We got 3 other quotes that were competitive but the response time with Toro was unmatched. We appreciated that all of our questions were answered immediately and we were able to be scheduled in fast. We are looking to repair our chimney in the summer and will be calling them back to do some more work here.

I needed to install a floating tv cabinet/shelf and a mounted tv on top of the cabinet on my wall. I had many options to choose from for the TV mount beforehand and the installers were very charismatic over the phone. They seemed to have a very good supply of equipment and I was able to pick teh4type of TV mount I wanted before they came. They even had an extra TV wiring kit on hand that was better than what I purchased beforehand. It was exceptional service and I will definitely go with Raza's Renos the next time around. I didn't have to buy a mounting bracket or a stud finder. I also could have saved more time by not trying to find a TV wiring kit.

We started our renovation with such high hopes but the project ended prematurely (and was left incomplete) leaving us with absolute disappointment. We had to hire another company to fix the shoddy work Luis left behind. Luis can do alot of things but unfortunately in our home he did nothing really well. Based on the work he did for us, I can only conclude that he is nothing more than a glorified handyman parading as a professional contractor. My suggestion is to keep looking. He was a nightmare. If you read Luis' reply to this post, don't believe a word - just look at the pics. He is trying to paint me as the problem when he needs to look into the mirror. This job was not finished as Luis was fired from the project due to poor workmanship. He makes it sound like he returned my money but this is untrue. He paid back a small portion of the pre-paid installment payments which were made in good faith and on time. Despite what he says below, he just could not deliver what he promised and what he did deliver was generally sub-par. A third contractor (not hired) that saw pics of the work said, "The picture you sent me needs to be completely torn out, absolutely terrible work, Im not touching that with a 12ft pole. Sorry man, dont take it the wrong way. Im not interested in fixing anyone elses work or having someone elses work be the base for my work. If youre not willing to tear that out, Ill pass."

The guy did not compel me to haggle or think twice about anything, whether the cost or the quality of the brand. He was happy to answer my million questions. The day of the installation was just as smooth. The team of two showed up right on time, and finished the job by evening as promised. I had drain valve was leaking, created mould in basement.bedroom. Philips fixed my problem, replacing drainage pipe very professionally. Addition to that he broke the wall areound that are to make sure that there is mo leackage thru wall. Due to the water leackage, carpet under pads were damaged, he replaced under pad, put new drywall and painted the whole room. Gabe, was on time and on budget. He set out clear expectations of the project and delivered on each of them in a timely manor. He does most of the work himself, so he never lost days waiting for others to be able to make it. He stressed the details right down to the last minute of the project. But the best part of the reno was his system for removing garbage daily so we never had a big mess to deal with. The entire job site was clean and organized.

I was referred to Extel Gas by a friend and this was the best referral I ever got! Raz is incredible, a true professional that you can trust to get the job done right, at a great price! Raz was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always prompt, professional and incredibly helpful with all our questions many of which were well outside the scope of what we were hiring him to do. When it finally came time to replace my old boiler, I contacted a variety of companies big and small. But the moment I met Raz, I knew my search was over. He took the time to carefully review the complexities of replacing a 40+ year old boiler in a 120+ year old home and was thoughtful of optimal placement and configuration. As with all big projects in old home, complications always arise, and this turned out to be a much bigger job than any of us expected. The initial job took two full days, exactly what Raz said it would. Shortly after completing the install, one of our old rads started leaking. I called Raz in a panic and he dropped everything and was at our house within an hour. Raz worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly as possible, without compromising quality, and while holding to his original quote. We chose to replace both our boiler and hot water tank with a Rinnai combi boiler, and we took the opportunity to we reconfigure the old pipes to reclaim some space that would have otherwise been unusable. When I had broached the subject of moving pipes with other companies, they priced it so ridiculously high that it was clear that they didnt want to do the job, but Raz was more than willing take on the big project and, best of all, at a very reasonable price. He even installed a new laundry sink for me! I would recommend Extel Gas / Raz any day! A solid 10/10 and 5 stars all the way.

After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen. We wanted to preserve the wood burning fireplace in our 115 year old home. Weve been using it as is for the past 20 years, since moving in here, but a main floor renovation made clear the fireplace was never brought up to code. Jesse assessed the issues and clearly explained what needed to be done. He rebuilt our fireplace, outside and in, using his apparent in-depth knowledge of math to ensure the angles created by the bricking created the proper draft for the upgraded chimney he also built. The fireplace tests out as working better than ever, and is beautifully refaced to accommodate the finish stone weve chosen. We enthusiastically recommend Jesse and his crew for any masonry job!
