Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his teams professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Rezas team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Rezas team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results they truly made our house a home and we cant thank them enough. We will be hiring Reza for all future projects and highly recommend them. I took a long time to research and interview in-person contractors to remove an existing 135' backyard fence and replace it with a newly designed (horizontal vs. vertical) wooden fence. From the moment I met Hujat I was impressed with his style of communication and willingness to listen and address my questions and concerns. His price was more than competitive and given the extra requirements I had it was an easy decision (I had extra requirements with custom design, hole digging equipment, depth and sealing of cut pressure treated wood). Then, from the moment Hujat and Team demo'd the old fence to the completion of the new fence everything went smoothly and according to plan. Throughout the process Hujat kept me informed or asked me questions to make sure I was okay with his approach. The Team worked hard, was very polite and very tidy. My neighbours were so impressed they hired Hujat to redo their rear porch and deck. I've used a lot of contractors over the years and Hujat and Team are about as good as you're going to get. I highly recommend Fedeck.

This is our second time hiring Alex and Heritage Home Design to replace the second half of our windows and the front door, and we were, once more, extremely pleased with the work done. Alex is professional and easy to communicate with. The Heritage Maximum window style is similar to our original wood windows and fits our home's traditional design. The new front door with full sidelites and semi-circular transom window significantly improved the look of our home. The installer Roman and his team worked diligently to match the original window and door trim, and did an excellent job. We definitely recommend Heritage Home Design.

I was referred to Extel Gas by a friend and this was the best referral I ever got! Raz is incredible, a true professional that you can trust to get the job done right, at a great price! Raz was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always prompt, professional and incredibly helpful with all our questions many of which were well outside the scope of what we were hiring him to do. When it finally came time to replace my old boiler, I contacted a variety of companies big and small. But the moment I met Raz, I knew my search was over. He took the time to carefully review the complexities of replacing a 40+ year old boiler in a 120+ year old home and was thoughtful of optimal placement and configuration. As with all big projects in old home, complications always arise, and this turned out to be a much bigger job than any of us expected. The initial job took two full days, exactly what Raz said it would. Shortly after completing the install, one of our old rads started leaking. I called Raz in a panic and he dropped everything and was at our house within an hour. Raz worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly as possible, without compromising quality, and while holding to his original quote. We chose to replace both our boiler and hot water tank with a Rinnai combi boiler, and we took the opportunity to we reconfigure the old pipes to reclaim some space that would have otherwise been unusable. When I had broached the subject of moving pipes with other companies, they priced it so ridiculously high that it was clear that they didnt want to do the job, but Raz was more than willing take on the big project and, best of all, at a very reasonable price. He even installed a new laundry sink for me! I would recommend Extel Gas / Raz any day! A solid 10/10 and 5 stars all the way.
