A very easy labour job as Neil would say, months behind quoted start date. Communication is not something this company or the owner or his staff can handle meaning you dont know if they will be in the next day or for several days. No craftsmanship pride or respect for the final product. This was a simple rip out and replace sure I paid the extra for the electrical upgrades, sure I made some changes as we went along and yes a new pantry did I pay for it I sure did, I would not recommend simply because owner is to focused on his new shirt, Neil had the nerve to tell me my home was not as much a priority as his pontoon boat he was getting serviced that was a fun delay where they just didnt come. I provided all the material you simply had to install and still I had to fix and finish your job. Want more photos just ask :) keep reading its time well spent Yes thats a sharpie on my drawers to mark the handles fun eh? Yes thats under a window that was going to be fixed lol Wanna see the island thats even funnier with trim just not installed. Just approach with caution and consider just going and hiring the neighborhood children to do the work at least you wont have to pick up the cigarette butts from the kids right? I have waited almost a year for this post so you can be assured this is just for the good people of the internet land and not emotionally motivated.

We had Alamode Concrete twice to do our front walk way and steps and both time they cracked in the same place and had to fight with them every time to fix them and they said they wanted another $16,000 to repair them again! Great Warranty, they did not ever clean up either time they did the steps or walkway left material all over the yard and the powder all over our front windows, door, eave trofts what a mess. through the framing from the steps and walkway in the grass across the road from us, even spilt concrete all over our driveway which is still present . Nothing was addressed to fix the problem. We now we have a front step and walkway that is not level, cracked and looks terrible in our front entrance Steve & Jane Laughin Kinburn

Although we work primarily with the installation, opening, closing and maintenance of residential pools, we do provide services, such as pool openings and pool closings for corporate pools. We take a lot of pride in doing quality work, and our past customers are our best references–their referrals keep us busy all season long.
The team called 15min before arrival to make sure the time worked well for me. They took their measurements efficiently and let me keep the sample book so I could deliberate at my own pace over our new liner options. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video summary after the visit which recapped all of their findings that they discovered and had already taken the time to discuss with me. He answered all my many questions. The installation took a bit longer than expected, but the crew stayed until everything was working correctly and they had walked me through how to use my new central air conditioning system. I would recommend Kanata Renovations. Although the project dragged out longer than anticipated their work was acceptable but I think given the fact I provided most of the finish materials (other than Mortar,grout, electrical wiring) the pricing could have been better. P&P was excellent. First, their charge for visiting to do a diagnostique is cheaper than anyone else I've seen. Alex came over and clearly explained everything to me in a way that I could understand (not every technician is like this). Communication with Sam was fast, convenient, and they answered all my questions, even on evenings and the weekend. I ended up getting my AC and furnace replaced, and they offered the most competitive rate, stuck to it, and did the job in the time they said they would, even going above and beyond to make sure my furnace drainage system worked. Amazing. Very happy with their work, their professionalism, and glad to support a local company. Would definitely recommend P&P!
