They installed 8.5kw system on my roof. They said they have alerts in case of issues with the system and they will come by and fix it. My system stopped working in Aug and until I reached out to them when I got the high bill in November, no one noticed it. Even after my phone app is not recording properly but they it's not in warranty. So they don't monitor and I can't monitor either. The system is designed and costed for 8.5 kw and Milton Hydro says for the total year they received only 3.8kw. Very poor performance and no one is ready to look into it. Dmytro and his team worked on a demo and repour of the concrete slab of our basement. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and despite some unexpected, prolonged issues with our permit, they returned the day after issues were resolved to continue work. They were attentive to our needs and the work was generally to our satisfaction, especially for the very competitive cost of work. Dmytro was ever present during the work. My only complaint would be that communication could have been better at times, as there were days where no one could understand English and we were more or less in the dark about the work that was being done. the floor in our shower was sloped incorrectly and did not drain completely. every shower ended with using a squeegee to dry the floor. We asked several tile contractors for estimates. Alex was the one who would retile with the mosaic we wanted. Others wanted to do a complete rebuild or use only few large tiles. His estimate was also the lowest. Alex arrived on schedule and did the job. He was able to do it without removing the glass shower door. He is a neat worker and left the bathroom in good shape. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, there were still drainage issues. Alex took responsibility immediately and redid the whole floor for free. He paid us back for the new tile needed. Shower drains perfectly now! I should mention that the whole process took a few weeks, between waiting for new tile and Alex needing to fit us in between other jobs.
