I was recommended to Irwin Heating from a close friend. He used him (Giancarlo the owner) for several matters including AC replacement and other furnace fixes. The reason why I reached out is I heard he is the consummate professional, super responsive, very knowledgeable and is reasonable in their advice and price. Im so glad I called him in to diagnose our 20 year old furnace which had been acting up. He was so responsive to booking a time to come see the furnace and to give his honest feedback and recommendations. We scheduled in for his crew to come install a few days later and I am extremely IMPRESSED. They know what they are doing and are just very courteous with service and with my concerns that I had and all my questions that I had!! They (especially) the lead installer ALEX was so patient with me and ensured I knew what was going on and that I understood their installation. I had a very small job requiring filling in of two holes left over from removal of two vents. A&A (Connor) were one of the fastest companies to respond and also very competitive on the quote compared to others. They had a guy over to do the job, very professional, detail oriented, and did a great job with the brick matching etc. The photo is from the day of the job and now after a week or so you almost can't distinguish between original and new. I would not hesitate to seek out A&A in the future.

The job in the kitchen sink was completed right away and then I called him to come back to double check the connections as there was a minor leak after the repair. He came back right away and fixed the issue without delay. We moved into a new home with an unsafe wood fireplace. We wanted to convert it to a gas fireplace insert. We reached out to many contractors on HomeStars, but Bobbi was the only one who actually came out to speak to us and give us options. Tony was nice enough to fit us in even though his techs were quite busy. Techs were neat and personable and arrived when scheduled. There was a slight bump in the road regarding a mixing valve for our hot water tank but Tony was quick to rectify the situation and had the guys back at our place within a couple of days to fix the problem. We hired these guys last year to install a shutoff valve onto our gas line and hook up our gas bbq. Weve now been smelling gas very frequently and its clear the piece they installed is corroded, rusted and leaking. Ive tried to reach out a couple of times over the last couple of weeks to ask them to come and fix the issue (obviously leaking gas is very dangerous!) and theyve never responded. Really disappointed in the quality of work and lack of customer service.
