-the project took longer than necessary started the work with his son the first 2 weeks then he worked alone for the remaining time -agreement was 50% down and 50% balance upon completion of project -about 1 week after receiving first installation payment every other week he asked to be paid and othertimes he begged that he needed the money -He used the cheapest grade of artificial tarp and used old rusty nails- never secured correctly - he walked away with any excess material that remained from the project. -

We recently hired Haus Construction Group to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in our condo unit, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the quality of work was exceptional. The Kitchen designer (Andre) did an outstanding job with the kitchen renovation. From the initial design phase to the final installation, their attention to detail was evident. The new layout and the quality of the materials used exceeded our expectations. The bathroom renovation was also a great success. The team demonstrated attention to space utilization and the overall aesthetic of the bathroom were impressive. Throughout the project, Mark and his team maintained communication. They were always responsive to our questions and concerns, which made the entire process stress-free. Mark was particularly aware of the condo building regulations, which ensured a seamless renovation process without any issues with the building management. Dwayne was great. 10 months on and the basement is still dry. Also, we encountered some unexpected foundation issue (to put it mildly) and were able to pivot and resolve those while the waterproofing trench was still open. That likely saved me thousands.

Sent to POM via email yesterday after a relationship and project development process (full-home Kitec plumbing replacement + shower stall/fixtures upgrade) that began in May. And of course, it has also been ignored by the company. Buyer beware... (Note: Actual people names removed for protection from doxxing. This is about the company, NOT a personal attack: To Whom It May Concern: Per my last text message to your representative, Mr. *** last Friday afternoon, please accept this as our further written notice of cancellation regarding the Kitec replacement that was to be executed by your team in our home beginning next Monday, September 19. Since the beginning of our relationship with your firm (primarily via Mr. ***) numerous texts and emails from us to him have gone ignored until numerous (highly patient, OVERpolite!) attempts were made by us to secure replies, most of which came. Eventually. When confronted with the fact that we were frustrated with those circumstances early this summer, Mr. *** simply explained... he was too busy! (My husband and I have been serving our own clients for over 40 years and cannot imagine any circumstance where we would say that to even our worst customers and we have been anything but throughout this frustrating situation.) But still, we agreed to proceed with our project this September as planned, with the belief that communications would be smoother (normal) going forward. However, the last straw came when an early August request I sent to Mr. *** inquiring about the possibility of increasing the scope of our project (and therefore the money we would be spending with your firm) again went repeatedly unresponded-to, despite repeated gentle reminders (via email and text msgs) that we were still waiting to hear back. When I finally called your main company number to find out why this was happening (again!) I was informed Mr. *** was on vacation (complete news to me). I even texted Mr. *** apologizing for MY frustration in the absence of information that he was away, and telling him I was eager for the new quote once he'd settled back in post-holiday. Of course, again I was completely ignored. I am happy to provide on request copies of all texts/emails in order to demonstrate I have been more than polite and patient throughout all of this. What I/we will not do however, is entrust our hard-earned money (and our home) to any product/service supplier that has such clear disregard not only for professionalism, but basic common courtesy. We are saddened (and confused) by this outcome, but maybe the more we share this story with others (and believe me we will, in person and online) and your competition, as we look for a new supplier more interested in our business...and our money! they can give us some insights into why these choices were made by your firm with work worth thousands on offer.

A toilet in our house came away from the floor in a way that broke the flange it was bolted to. I called MT Drains because they had done a fine repair job in our kitchen a few months earlier. Viktoriya in the office was very friendly & helpful in getting us a cost estimate in a timely fashion and setting up an appointment to fix the problem that fit our schedules. We received email confirmation and reminder of the appointment, and a text confirmation on the morning of the appointment itself. The technician, Amir, arrived a few minutes before the start of the window for the appointment, which I always appreciate a lot! He was friendly, polite and professional. He assessed the repair requirements, confirmed the estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. Amir also cleaned up everything and even took the garbage away with him. Viktoriya followed up shortly thereafter by phone to check that we were pleased with the job, and then sent the invoice to me for the agreed amount. She also confirmed that they received our payment right away. Ive used MT Drains services for plumbing issues before and will happily use them again!

The communication with Nas was excellent and so was his work. He returned my messages promptly and answered all my questions regarding the work I required and gave me an estimate which is exactly what I paid when the work was done. My old Ring doorbell camera was not trickle charging and the battery needed to be charged every 3-4 weeks which was a pain. I also didn't like having to pay a subscription but it came with the home when I bought it. I wanted to get rid of the Ring doorbell and the subscription so I purchased a Lorex doorbell camera. Nas was able to determine the Ring doorbell was not trickle charging because of incorrect/poor wiring from the previous owner. Nas was able to diagnose and fix the issue and swap out the doorbell cameras in an hour. Nas is very friendly, courteous, professional and on time. I am very satisfied with his work and will hire him again if I have any future electrical needs. Honest guy who does good work!
