Al and his team did an amazing job turning our vision for a full, modern bathroom renovation into reality. He was polite and professional, was flexible with scheduling when we ended up having a long wait for shipping of our tiles, installed all the materials and fixtures that we picked and quickly corrected a small misunderstanding along the way, and creatively handled all the little unexpected surprises and quirks that you would expect in an old building. Our dated 90s bathroom has now been transformed into a stylish, modern, and more functional bathroom that I enjoy using every day! Thanks Al and team!

I needed my front porch fixed urgently after it was destroyed to fix a sewer pipe. Mike was fast to respond & kept me in the loop every step of the way. We recently used Master Homes Contracting to renovate two bathrooms. Anton came to the house to discuss the project and offer some advice as to the design aspect of what we were doing. We found him very knowledgeable, he made recommendations as to the layout and gave us a clear idea of what the project would look like when completed. We received a detailed quotation within a few days, numerous options with pricing. With some conversation we were comfortable with the quotation and agreed to move ahead. We were then introduced to Ashley who would be our design contact throughout the project. We had done the usual visits to the home stores and to be honest were a little overwhelmed, we really needed some direction and advice. Ashley made it so easy, she supplied numerous choices, with pricing, for each of the components from tile to taps, and really helped us with every selection, for us, that expertise saved weeks of wandering the aisles trying to figure out what we wanted. Once decided, Ashley ordered everything for us and had it delivered to our house. The crew showed up to start the demo on the agreed date, immediately covered my hardwood hall and stairs to avoid any damage as they removed the debris, they were careful to try to limit the dust as much as possible but by nature its a dusty job. Execution was flawless, we did have to make some decisions as to the waterproofing behind the new shower, Anton gave us three options with and actually recommended the LEAST expensive one for what we needed. We had a vacation planned that happened to fall in the middle of the project. We were so comfortable with Anton and his crew, we gave him a key, they continued working while we were away. The project was completed just as we got back, we were so pleased with the results. Both bathrooms look amazing, certainly exceeding our expectations, they even added undercabinet LED accent lighting, not included in the original quote but they thought we would like it. They were right, it added a whole spa like look to the bathroom. The project was completed a few weeks ago but I held off on my review as I knew there would be some minor call backs, there always are with any reno. The true test of a contractor is how well they handle the call backs. A flickering pot light, a sticky drawer on the vanity, they were there next day, resolved without question, we were very impressed. We did add some extras to the project as it progressed but overall they were on budget per their original quote. As a contractor Master Homes ticked all the boxes. On time, on quote, knew what they were doing, all the assistance we needed, daily updates on the project, immediate attention to the callbacks, and probably the most important factor, Trust. We will use them again for our next project without any hesitation, there are so many horror stories out there it was a pleasure and a relief to find a good honest contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the results. Im so glad i havent had to carry any wood over the last few weeks thanks to my new heat pump i had installed by Prestige Home Improvement. I can stay in this house much longer now that i dont have to rely solely on wood for heat. My bedroom and bathroom are now nice and warm. Liam was great and gave me a ton of helpful information, and walked me through the whole process. The Install was very efficent, and they were able to install ASAP for me. Anyone who is thinking of upgrading their home, i would highly recommend speaking to someone at Prestige first. Im sure that the value of my home has greatly increased due to upgrades i have done.

I can’t thank Zachos Construction Ltd enough for their outstanding service! I needed last-minute snow removal for my parents’ house after major snow storm on Family Day long weekend, and they came through when no one else could. Despite the short notice, they responded quickly, arrived on time, and did an incredibly thorough job clearing and salting the driveway and walkway. Not only was their work top-notch, but their professionalism and kindness really stood out. This was a huge help for my parents, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in. I did an extensive review of contractors on Homestars who specialized in the supply and installation of tankless water heaters. There were many impressive options to choose from but I eventually settle on MMS Heating & Cooling. The glowing reviews and the impression I got from my initial interaction with Matt was the deciding factor. The quote I received from him was reasonable and competitive. He came across as professional, knowledgeable, responsive , accommodating and courteous. They arrived punctually to start the work as per our agreement and did an outstanding job.
