ELC came demo our 2 bathrooms to the bones redid the wood for the shower niche and for the floor to be lower so the shower pan that we chose would seat lower everything was amazing and fast great work guys.

Das was very professional in his service. His main concept is minimal damage to the home structure and doing things the right way. He gave a clear idea of the options available for pot lights and how best we can install them in our living room. I think Customer Satisfaction is very important for Das than profit. He did not push for any unwanted work. He listens to our concern and addresses it very well. Got to know that he does all kind of renovations, basement finishing etc too. I contacted Sahar and she was friendly and polite. I met with her and I found her to be professional and knowledgeable. She worked with me until her drawing met with my needs and what the city required. She understood my situation and was happy to work with me until we got it right. My permit came in and that was that. Very seamless, very easy going and above all professional. I also have to say reasonably priced. From start to finish, Mohamed was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. The workmanship is excellent — the shower looks beautiful and functions perfectly. His team was efficient, respectful of our home, and left everything clean once the job was done. He did his job seriously, base on this only I will give him 5 star. Problem is he mentioned he had experience with IKEA , but drain pipe could not fit , also, after hard working - I will say really appreciate this - I try to give him 25% tips, but he asked doubled price as he quoted. So sad I am not prepared for that much cost , esp. at these tough days. Suggest people shall confirm price at first beginning of work, not at the end.

Domenic has been very professional all throughout our interactions. His initial response was timely and friendly and quickly came down to assess my project. He was very receptive to some of my unconventional requests and worked with my budget. Once work began, Domenic went above and beyond what was listed in our contract. Out of pocket he did further repairs on my garage and did not come back to me with additional costs. His main concern was the integrity of the job and I was very impressed with his level of professionalism. I have future projects to tackle in the near future and will certainly be hiring Domenic of Blue Ladder Improvements again.

Three months ago, a friend recommended Huaxin to do a full house renovation for me. This is a very responsible company. They are very professional in design, material selection, and meticulous workmanship, especially the background wall, which is very unique. Johnny is very good at communication. He confirmed every process with me and strictly controlled the construction period. It took only more than a month to complete the decoration and delivered it to me ahead of schedule. We are incredibly impressed with the project of our basement planned by Nick and executed mainly by Jay and his crew. Nick,a friendly very experienced guy was helpful in providing info before hand and took care of all details. He was working on a tight timeline due to my request for it being done by a certain date. The crew arrived, worked extremely quickly and efficiently and had the job done in 4 days. 2 days ahead of what we thought it would be completed. A wall was removed another wall added. All patching painting vinal flooring through out including stairs. Lighting and several small touches brought this project to fruition. We highly recommend Nick of STclair Design Concepts and hope to have more small projects completed. Also, the costs were reasonable and we had been given much higher quotes by other contractors.
