As the owner of the company, Shawn De Taeye was trained by his father in basement waterproofing and general construction and went on to become a certified carpenter. His father, Rudy, operated his business for decades with the philosophy of providing excellent customer service and operating with a high ethical standard. Unfortunately, his father passed away in 2014, but the lessons Shawn was taught by his father still guide how he operates his business to this day.
