We had the exterior stucco on a 20 foot chimney replaced by Adastra with fibreglass reinforced stucco. This is much better than the original work which was failing badly. Adastra also noticed that there were other cracks on some of the other chimneys and offered to repair these too at no charge. I would highly recommend Adastra. Gutted our kitchen, master bath, shared bath, and powder room. Changed the flooring throughout the entire home. Closed our "open to above" area and added a bathroom to one of the bedrooms. Removed multiple support beams and walls. Absolutely LOVED my experience working with Amir! Right off the bat I felt a sense of trust when he came in to quote our project. He really lived up to his word. Came in on budget as quoted and completed the project within the timeframe stated. He was very patient and flexible as we worked through the project details. Made my house a dream home that I never want to sell!! My kitchen looks like it's out of a magazine and the entire inside of our house literally looks like a completely new home! All of his contractors were very kind, diligent and timely. He checked in on the project regularly and put any concerns I had at ease. We cannot say enough about Dream Team Construction and the owner, Jason. We have worked with Jason on several projects over a number of years in 2 different homes. DTC and Jason was referred to us when we needed to urgently replace rotting wood frame windows in our primary bedroom where there was considerable water damage to the walls and floor. And it was right around Christmas 2015! They were able to remove the old windows, repair sub-flooring, flooring and drywall. They were flexible to work with the schedule of the window company and carpet installers. Their work was amazing quality and so when we needed to update our main bathroom next, we called DTC right away. The sink was leaking and the pipes had corroded and we needed repairs/replacement right away! Again, they were able to fit us in quickly and did wonderful work we replaced everything but the bathtub. Jason easily installed new flooring, repaired/replaced damaged drywall, prepped for painting, installed new toilet, vanity, sink, plumbing etc. Everything looked and worked perfectly and lasted for many years. Jason also has a modern esthetic that assists in project planning and working within specific budget parameters. DTC next did a complete renovation of our basement. Jason created a few options for us to choose from based on our vision and needs. We moved forward with one option that was completed on time, on budget and he working closely with us on all aspects. Jason brought in the right people to wire and install all electrical. Jason personally worked on all prep of walls, sub-floor and then installation of a new staircase, all drywall (walls and ceiling), doors, flooring, electric fireplace, all wiring for entertainment system and electronics. Everything completed with precision and great attention to detail. Jason isnt done until it is perfect! We then completely gutted and renovated our ensuite bathroom which involved replacing tub with a beautiful glassed in spa shower complete with tiled niches, pebble stone floor, custom glass doors and custom storage system. All walls were replaced with bead board, plumbing, fixturing and flooring replaced. All done again to perfection, and on schedule. When we moved homes, Jason travelled to work with us again and installed a new floor to ceiling stone tile surround around our family room fireplace, updated the lighting, moving us to smart lighting, installed a faux ceiling beam and beautiful wood mantel. As well, working in a wiring system and mounting our TV above the fireplace. He also installed stock cabinetry that he framed to ensure it looked built in and incorporated into the fireplace wall. It all came together so beautifully! Most recently, we had DTC back to update 2 bathrooms for us with drywall repairs, installation of new plumbing, new vanitys, lighting all in a matter of 2 days! A few more things about DTC and Jason: he is so responsive, knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, renovation, estimating and getting it done to perfection! He is also meticulous about the work area and keeping the rest of your living spaces free of dust, debris, tools etc. Whether you have a repair or a major renovation, Jason can do it all you will be so happy with the process, the end result and the new friend you have made! Note: each project varied in cost/investment. DTC is competitive and honest.

Complete full house renovation done 3 month ago with Hp Group company. The senior project manager Bryan start communicating with us. He was always, always on time. His respond to our messages was surprisingly fast. We liked him because of his professionalism and straight to the point character. John was out site manager. Liz and her team from GTA kitchen did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation recently. It was truly a pleasure to work with Liz. She is an excellent listener who puts her heart and soul into the design and smooth and professional execution of all aspects of the project. Her expert advice and suggestions with the design turned our outdated L-shape kitchen into a high-end kitchen with a beautiful and super functional island, opening up our family room by extending kitchen cabinets seamlessly on the TV area with gorgeous bookshelves in the family room. Liz and her team also did an excellent job at removing our popcorn ceiling. The demolition of the old kitchen and the installation of the new one were timely and everything was coordinated seamlessly.
