We recently completed a major renovation project with Addison Construction in the Beaches, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. We worked with the team over a period of 8 months and engaged them to renovate a three-story duplex, which included updating two existing units that were in decrepit shape and creating an entirely new unit, transforming the property into a stunning triplex. One of the most challenging aspects of the project was the underpinning, and we leaned on Addison for their expertise and trusted them to undertake this challenge for their In-house underpinning team. This meant that everythingfrom the foundation work to the final detailswas managed by their skilled professionals, giving us peace of mind throughout the entire process. Throughout the renovation, the team was highly responsive and always kept us updated on progress. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and we always felt confident in their expertise. The work was completed with impeccable craftsmanship, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The new unit turned out beautifully, and the updates to the existing units have truly transformed the entire building. The triplex is now a modern, functional space that will serve our needs for years to come. Mabda (Ben) is a someone you should avoid at all costs. He charged me $350+HST for fixing a sink at a condo I own. I trusted the work would be done and did not follow up to confirm. Buyer beware, the sink was not fixed at all! If he challenges this review, I have receipts showing what I paid, and pictures that show it was never fixed. Stay away!! The best/funniest part is, he flooded my toilet when he was there too just my luck! Read the reviews and don't waste your time. The good ones are probably fake.

Julian responded quickly with a preliminary estimate and I was able to compare to other estimates. We Choose GHT Design and Build because they were a fair price and had great reviews. Julian quickly responded with a final quote once we worked through the details of our project. The GHT team were all great to work with from demolition to finished product. Including tiling, electrical, foam insulation, and wood flooring. The finished result is exactly as we had hoped for. Project was done efficiently and on budget. No surprises along the way. Julian was flexible with some add-ons we wanted with very reasonable costs for those services (i.e. doing spray form insulation in the basement while the truck was here). We received great service at a reasonable cost and with an exceptional end product. We highly recommend GHT and will definitely use them for our next project! Michael and Daniela
