Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people. One too many times, you get contractors that you wished you hadn't welcomed into your home. Definitely not the case with Sal's Renovations. From initial estimate, to job completion, they are consummate professionals. Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond in the care with which they considered materials for our job, ensuring we had a proper estimate with appropriate attention to details, and in how they handled themselves on a day to day basis in our home. Even though this job in particular was a smaller project, Sal and Arie still dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, working diligently throughout. They are the type of guys that bring your bins back to your garage, just because they happen to be there anyway, or who step in to help with a nail gun when your son inadvertently rips something off the wall unrelated to the project at hand. Professional, thoughtful and skilled. From the start, they were patient and gracious with us -- during the design phase, we faced an unexpected and significant delay in the project. They took it in stride and assured us that shifting the timelines wouldn't be a problem. Once construction started, things generally went very smoothly, and whenever there were issues, Mark and Grant were upfront about them and made things right. We had a tight deadline at the end and really appreciated the hard work that the crew put in so that we could move back on schedule. Great communication, integrity, and quality of work. Adam and his team at 804 Group were a delight to work with on my recent full kitchen renovation. So happy with the polished and perfect results, and equally grateful with the experience working with his team. From the quoting and shaping process, Adam's expertise and collaboration helped me finalize the vision, design and budget. Throughout the project, Adam's team was super neat and tidy, and took care of my home as if it was their own. From the carpentry details, electrical, flooring, tiling - the work was beautifully executed. Whenever we had to pivot on an idea, Adam brought forward thoughtful solutions and kept us on track with the overall schedule. I really appreciated all the clear communication and excellent planning. It was a pleasure working with Timo and TOP Construction on our condo renovation. From the start Timo was extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. He was extremely responsible dealing with the condo building management and took it upon himself to always communicate with them for everything that needed approval. Timo completely put a new life on a condo which had not had work done on it in 40 years with new flooring, paint, and helping source and fit new updated appliances, and many finishing touches from big to small. His attention to detail and suggestions were amazing and helped us so much. Timo is very friendly and personable, and we could not ask for a better person to have done this job. Another excellent job by Mike, Michael and crew. They did a partial basement remodel including framing, drywall, electrical, priming of walls and flooring installation of our basement (approximately 1250 sq ft). They also did attic work with installing bathroom vents to the soffit, bathroom fan to our master bathroom and boxing electrical junctions to prepare for blown insulation. They also helped place a support beam for our upstairs balcony to increase safety of the structure. They did a lot of work across our whole home in a timely and professional manner. Mike was able to work with me to coordinate when the insulation crews were going to come in (we had spray foam in the basement and blown in for the attic) and not waste any time between transitions. We've worked with them before and everyone was courteous, respectful of our busy house and kept everything clean after the day was done. I'm literally running out of house for them to renovate but for sure we will hire them when it's time for our bathrooms and kitchen.

Our hardwood floors had been with us for 30 years, and after two dogs and a cat, it was finally time to have them re-stained and refinished. We accepted the quote, and the entire process was completed in just a week and a half. Premier Flooring Group was an absolute pleasure to work with! Their attention to detail was excellent, and the entire team was professional and courteous throughout. The crew was friendly, provided value-added advice on details we hadn’t considered, and took the time to explain the process and answer all our questions. In addition to refinishing the hardwood, they also installed vinyl tiles and closet doors for us—with equally excellent results. We will definitely hire them again!

Two years ago, after a fire at my home, I hired Revive Renovation & Construction to handle the restoration. From day one, Pierce, the owner, was hands-on and professional. He managed everything from the demolition of the damaged areas to the rebuild, including a brand-new kitchen, windows, plumbing, wiring, insulation, drywall, painting, and two bathrooms.
