The team did an absolutely wonderful job with our fence project. They removed our old fence and posts and replaced it with a beautiful fence for me and my neighbours at a very competitive price. The team worked hard and were respectful of my property. They were easy to work with and willing to take my suggestions throughout the project. We have had no issues with the job one year later, the fence is strong and sturdy. The only issue we had, which wasn't too big of a deal, was that they didn't take the dirt offsite. The expectation was to reuse it along the fence line or throughout the yard. The problem is that most of the dirt was clay and unusable. So they bagged it in garbage bags and then we had to take it offsite. My suggestion is to negotiate this service into the price. Thank you so much for working on our project, we would use Sipan again in the future.

AJ and his crew did a fantastic job on the renovation of our basement bathroom and laundry room. He took the time to listen to our asks and executed them well in a timely manner. This was a difficult job as there was a restriction of space and making it more complex than an average job. However, they showed up on time everyday, with uniform (regardless of the trade that was in) and completed the job with a high degree of professionalism. What made AJ different from other companies is his attention to details and thinking and planning ahead. He suggested completing a number of preventative, add-on, nice to have features which demonstrated his passion for his work and importance of getting things done well. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a company to ReNu their house :)

To begin, we live in a stacked townhouse with 40 stairs and tight areas in a busy neighborhood. I was afraid nobody would want the job. Joseph problem solved right from the time he came by to give a quote. His price wasn't the lowest but his quote and solutions were so thorough it felt right picking him and he did not disappoint. Our budget didn't move except for a few scope items we added and Joseph met both cost and schedule. The stairs, tiling, and hardwood are stunning. The HVAC/mechanical upgrades were much needed. The star of the show was the bathroom reno. My showers are now game changing and it's such a drastic, positive change. Joseph was so transparent during the process, stayed in constant contact, asked our opinions while giving solid advice. There were instances where he suggested we don't add cost, which is a sign of his professionalism. Would highly highly recommend him and Bold & Beautiful Design Inc. for any job. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the reno.

I needed very large electric rolling blinds, 15 feet high, for three large windows, and it was a challenge. I received an estimate from Home Depot, but they wanted to install six motors, which didn’t work for me. James was very professional; he arrived on time to measure the windows and provide an estimate. After I accepted the estimate, he coordinated with me regarding the delay in delivery and installation due to the Christmas holiday, which I appreciated. Once the blinds were delivered, he installed them the same day. I wasn't even on-site, but I trusted him completely. I can definitely recommend his service and installation to anyone looking to upgrade their windows with a great selection of shades, blackouts, and blinds.

With no knowledge or experience whatsoever we decided to demolish and rebuild our house. Being completely clueless meant we had to ask dozens of very basic questions at every stage of the process. It also meant that once committed, we had no choice but to have faith in John and Renocorp. 2 years later and I can say without reservation that every single time we gave John the benefit of the doubt, it worked out in our favour. Every. Single. Time. This project started in the immediate aftermath of COVID. There were initial shortages of everything, including labour. Problems with suppliers, drama with subcontractors, complications with existing infrastructure? We were insulated from ALL of it. The only problems our job encountered were relayed to us as humorous anecdotes from inside our perfectly finished house. Wed hire John again, wouldnt bother with a second estimate, and if he were too busy? Wed put the project on hold and wait for him.
