George from Restoration Express has been a huge help in finding the source of leak in my home that I've been dealing with for the past year. I've had countless number of people visiting to investigate the leak and he was the only one to pin-point and identify the issue. Not only was he able to find the leak but I was amazed with his service and professionalism as he was very quick to respond back and offered to come visit and figure out a solution at NO COST. Moved to a new residence, older 1970's build. The garage was once a carport that got paved along with the driveway. Over the years the carport got closed in and a garage door added. Well after 54 years the asphalt was at the end of its life. So the project was to remove all the asphalt from inside the garage and the driveway and replace with concrete. I had difficult time finding contractor's that would do the whole project. Then my neighbour said try K W concrete. So I contacted them and got quick response. The quote was the best i got. The job was quickly scheduled and completed in approx 3 days. This company was great to work with and the workmanship was top notch. Would definitely recommend this company.

We used Schmidtke Kitchen and Bath for our fence and deck. Erick did a great job, even repairing a retaining wall. Communication was great and all work was done on time. We were very satisfied with the job and we decided to have him complete a washroom reno as well. The washroom reno was done in 2 weeks, the exact time that he said it would be. Erik was flexible with finishings and allowed a wide range of options within the quote price. We are also planning on finishing our basement and we would feel confident using Erick for it as well. We enjoyed working with Erick more than the larger contracting companies. Team was great and professional they helped me envision the finish product and also helped me select my tiles and finishes and I'm glad I went ahead with the in floor heating! Id definitely recommend any day, fast, respectful, mindful of the other areas of the house that weren't being worked on and above all cleaned up after themselves!!

From the initial conversation and quoting, we saw Art Deco as knowledgeable, understanding of our ideas and capable of executing them at a fair price and within reasonable time. Zeljko first helped us adjust the design, considering the space, position of existing infrastructure and materials we wanted. In the process he also helped us find and fix a strange leak we had from before. Throughout the project we communicated really well and as a result everything turned out absolutely amazing! Zeljko's attention to detail and overall quality of his work can't be overstated. We have to highlight the beautiful tiling arrangement and execution, flawless grout lines and perfect choice of shower niche and threshold.
