I was concerned that I might have a mold problem in my basement. I mentioned my concern to a friend who I knew had a similar mold problem previously. He mentioned that he had used DSG Restoration Services and was completely satisfied with DSG's professional mold remediation services. I called DSG and was pleasantly surprised at DSG's immediate and professional response. DSG staff came to my home the next day and clearly explained the remediation process. An air quality test by a qualified independent professional for mold in my home was quickly obtained. DSG developed and implemented a remediation plan. The final air quality test confirmed my mold problem was resolved with minimal disruption and inconvenience to me. These guys are incredible. I've moved a number of times and this was the first time that I decided to hire movers, based on a recommendation from a friend who had recently used Jim's Moving. I will never not hire movers again, and Jim's Moving would be my first call. If you are even thinking about renting a truck and calling your buddies to help you move, just don't. The 2 movers that we got were incredibly efficient and got all of our furniture and boxes loaded in to one truck, when I would have needed to do 2 or 3 trucks loads if I'd done it on my own. They knew all the tricks for moving big and heavy pieces of furniture, and protecting fragile pieces. Very impressive. Friendly, professional, efficient, cost effective... These guys know how to handle a full roof job. Demo crew came in first thing, stripped everything down clean. No damage, no mess left behind - they even brought their own bin. We were having a hard time getting a mover because it was a small move. We asked 5 movers for quotes to move the large/heavy items five blocks from one apartment to another. Quotes were either ridiculously low and open ended or unrealistically high ($700+). Our new Super suggested Big Bros might help. Called Albert and was offered a flat fee move. Albert and Stephan arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. They took care to move all our items carefully and without any damage. The price was as quoted.
