They were very friendly, however, the job was not completed as agreed upon. Very disappointed . The team came to do a move in clean up for me. The work wasn’t done properly. The inside of kitchen cupboards still greasy, floors weren’t washed properly, streaks and their foot prints were visible on the hardwood floor. The inside of the fridge was filthy it appeared a dirty rag was used. The stainless steel appliances weren’t cleaned properly streaks were all over them. Essentially everything on the to do list ALL had to be redone by me. Not worth the $274.00 cleaning fee. Plus I paid a tip on top of the fee. We are so happy with our shed. Spencer was totally professional: -Met with us to go over design and make sure, before starting, that we were on the same page -Continued to communicate with us during the build to ensure we were happy with the progress -Kept to the timeline arranged -Called when he was not going to be on site as expected (this only happened once during the build and was weather related) -Site was kept really clean -His framing and finishing is exact and careful Spencer is everything you could want in a construction professional. We totally recommend him!

I contacted Sahar and she was friendly and polite. I met with her and I found her to be professional and knowledgeable. She worked with me until her drawing met with my needs and what the city required. She understood my situation and was happy to work with me until we got it right. My permit came in and that was that. Very seamless, very easy going and above all professional. I also have to say reasonably priced.
