This was a bit of a complex job as Nelio had to price it before he could see under the floor as to what-all needed to be done with a sagging foundation. Once the demo started, Nelio put together a plan that was smart and economical. He, Keith and their apprentice were there every day and the job was done when he said it would be done. I'm left with exactly what I wanted, a very strong, sturdy foundation and a whole new room. It looks amazing. Nelio and Keith were very professional and gave me more than I asked for. Any job I have in the future is going to this company. They are honest, do very professional work and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They cleaned up very well after the job was done. What a wonderful experience we had with John and his team. Vito, Jeff, and Oaklan were true professionals and made our home whole again. After suffering a flood in early July we contacted the team through homestars and we couldn't have asked for a better, more professional crew. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made for a relatively quick and seamless operation. John was very genuine, knowledgeable and offered very competitive pricing. I know some contractors can be headaches but he was a pleasure to deal with and we couldnt be happier with the end result. We had all of our old patio pavers removed around the house/into the backyard and replaced with white concrete. We were shocked with how efficient John and his team were to get this project done. We have cameras all over our house and while I was at work I would check in to see the progress. The demolition was extremely quick and they were also mindful of neighbouring houses. Most importantly, the concrete looks amazing and we wouldnt hesitate to use John/Concrete One again or recommend to a friend/family member. You cant go wrong - highly recommend!

Unacceptable Work, Property Damage, and Contract Violations I am deeply disappointed with RODO CONSTRUCTION INC. and feel it is necessary to share my experience to prevent others from facing the same issues. The work performed on my property has been completely unacceptable, and the contractor has failed to honor our agreement. 1. Incomplete Work & Property Damage: The contractor left the job unfinished, causing significant damage to my home. The work done so far is incorrect and has been condemned by legal authorities. My basement has suffered serious damage due to their negligence. He did not do water proofing properly. 2. Contract Violations: The contractor failed to install the egress window as agreed in our contract, causing damage to my walls and property. They also installed the sump pump in the wrong location, which has caused further damage in whole of my basement. Waterproofing was not completed, and they left garbage around my property. Furthermore, the contractor did not apply for the necessary steps, despite assuring me that everything would be handled according to the rules and regulations with permit. 3. Fraudulent Behavior: After taking full payment, the contractor abandoned the project and has since ignored all my calls and messages. This is not just unprofessional but fraudulent. This level of unprofessionalism has caused me significant financial losses and stress. To get the job done correctly by another contractor, I first need to repair the damage caused by RODO CONSTRUCTION INC., which will incur 3 times additional costs. All of this is a result of trusting this unethical contractor and paying him in good faith when he requested payment. I strongly urge others to not considering RODO CONSTRUCTION INC. for any work. I sincerely hope the contractor has enough integrity to refund my money and take responsibility for the harm done.
