We recently hired New Way Interlocking to tackle the landscaping around our new pool, front, sides of house as well as jewel-stone on our front porch. Our property presented quite a challenge due to the complex elevation and grading requirements . From the very beginning, Mike and his entire crews meticulous approach and extensive experience were evident. The team was professional and paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the project not only looked stunning but was also structurally sound. Drainage and erosion control was carefully planned and executed properly which is crucial in a setting like this. The final result is a beautiful, solid, functional outdoor space that blends with the pool area and enhances our property's overall aesthetic. We were impressed with their commitment to quality. They showed up everyday on time when they said they would and worked exceptionally hard throughout the day. Special thanks to Tyler on the team - such a polite, hard working young man. The materials used were top-notch, and their attention to the smallest details, from design to stone placement, was outstanding. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the transformation of our pool area. The challenging grading was expertly managed, resulting in a landscape that is both beautiful and functional with no water pooling in any area. They also warranty and guarantee their work. Arden was extremely pleasant to deal with. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He gave me some tips to help me with another task that I asked about before it became a problem requiring a repairman. No pressure to hire him or anyone else to do that job before necessary. Overall, the company provided the qualified service. The team are very friendly and transparent to give some advise for a better project plan prior to starting the work. the word was done within the expected days. 2 days for driveway 1 days for the 5-steps stairs 1/2 day for replacing the SODs. clean up all the trash and the subject surface. several points here, the SODs was not enough on the day for both back and front yard. it had been waited for another week to completed it. the SOD was not paved closed enough. team gave me 2 SODs for free and I fixed all the gaps. the fertile soil and grass free sheet were not paved before SODs were installed. Maybe it is normal for the techniques. Not sure, I dont have such experience. Overall, I would recommend this team for paving the landscape, but slight less for grassland project. I needed rotted deck supports replaced. Jairo and his coworker came out and did an excellent job at a fair price. They did the job in a day and we are very pleased with the repair.
