Overall, I’m pleased with the final result. When the project turned out to be more complex than originally quoted, Ivan and his wife didn’t give up—they came up with creative solutions and put in long hours to bring my vision to life. They genuinely cared about the project and gave it their best effort. In addition to installing the acoustic wall panels, they also installed three light fixtures, and that part of the job went very smoothly.

We selected Smart Bathrooms out of three companies we contacted and we were not disappointed. Natallia oversaw the project from start to finish and helped us select fittings and finishes. The crew, Vasyl and Dan, did an excellent job and their work was meticulous - and they tidied up at the end of each day. We had a couple of glitches on the project but Natallia dealt with them quickly and efficiently, and we finished only a few days behind schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Bathrooms but be prepared to pay top dollar for good work.

Slav and Rafael did an excellent job in renovating our bathroom. The work was efficient with good workmanship. We encountered a wiring issue that was concealed and they fixed it to code. The only downside was one of their vendors (Tubs), who lacked communication with us, which led to the delay of the work (this is not the contractor's fault). I would suggest you get that you source the products yourself to save some time. That being said, we highly recommend HIP and would use their services again.

Sever Homes took on our dream project and transformed the central living space in our home to one that we can’t imagine living without! The project came in on budget within the initial timelines agreed. The owner is an outstanding lead contractor and maintained a regular communication flow so we were kept updated on status constantly. The quality of finish is superb. He has a keen eye for function and design and he provided solid guidance at every key stage. He saved us precious time by directing us to selective third party vendors and even accompanied us on shopping trips and planning meetings to ensure all involved collaborated in an effective manner, thereby keeping the pace of progress on track. When we met with any unexpected complexities/challenges he provided solid rationale for workable solutions, always upholding the integrity of the design. He is well respected within the industry, as evidenced by the strong relationships he has with a stand-up group of sub-trades. They all worked efficiently, seamlessly handing off from one to the other, back and forth - always maintaining the same high standard of work that we came to expect from Sever Homes and team. The level of after-service we received served to enhance what was overall an outstandingly positive experience from Sever Homes. We would highly recommend this team for any medium to large scale building and design projects.

We were very happy to have James and the LBM crew in our home to help us design and build a beautiful loft area in our kids play room. The original space was a hidden unusable attic which was transformed into the funnest play space with ladder and slide! We love the layout, the functionality (they even added a long storage closet at the back of the room which is amazing) and design. We absolutely love the addition of the window so we can watch the kids play and this also allows beautiful light into the space. We're very happy with this project and look forward to working with James and his team again soon!

Our handrail was coming off the wall. Iron & Glass designed came the next day and repaired it in less than hour. Their workmanship and service was excellent. They used drop clothes to protect our floors and stairs, cleaned up everything as they worked and it was as if they were never here. Except the handrail is repaired. Excellent work.
